PROJECT PERENNIAL: Castro reveals 60m concept superyacht

Renowned designer Tony Castro has unveiled an exciting new addition to the superyacht world with PROJECT PERENNIAL, a stunning 60m (197ft) concept.

Setting a new standard for social and family-friendly design, PROJECT PERENNIAL introduces a Cabana-style lounge on its expansive aft deck — an unprecedented feature for a yacht of this size, as noted by the vessel's broker, David Johnson of Denison Yachts.

Accommodating between 12 and 16 guests, the yacht boasts two forward VIP cabins with balcony access, a generously sized family cabin with Pullman berths, and two additional lower deck cabins with direct beach club and cinema access. Crew quarters for 17, including the captain, ensure excellent onboard service.

Dedicated entirely to the owner, an entire deck offers unprecedented levels of luxury with twin bathrooms, a private veranda, and breathtaking panoramic views from the primary cabin. The space also includes an office and lounge with access to the aft deck and sundeck above.

The main deck features a gym and spa area, while the foredeck offers versatility with options for a flat deck for helicopter boarding or a forward spa pool and fire pit for added relaxation.

The aft terrace showcases an elegant asymmetric pool, sofa seating, and a breakfast bar area, perfect for both morning refreshments and evening relaxation. A slatted pergola shade provides instant coverage with the touch of a button.

The team is happy to have found in Denison Yachting someone that sees the future of custom superyacht building as we do."

On the lower deck, the beach club, aft boarding, and fold-down platforms ensure ease of access to the water, while a dedicated tender bay accommodates both a 9m (30ft) limo tender and a 7m (23ft) RIB.

It is an absolute pleasure to work with Tony and his talented team on this project. Tony is a legend in the industry, so when his office shared the design with me, I knew I wanted to promote it. Tony’s studio has designed a yacht that has maintained stylish lines and at the same time has some very creative areas."
