The Boat International Design & Innovation Awards are specifically devised to acknowledge and commend the design teams responsible for individual elements of a superyacht, including naval architecture, innovation, engineering, and styling.
The awards are judged by an entirely independent panel of designers with experience either in or outside of the maritime industry.
Traditionally taking place towards the end of January and the start of February each year during the Superyacht Design Festival, the Boat International Design & Innovation Awards recognize not only naval architecture and styling of participating yachts for sale, but also the individual design aspects contributing to the overall design of a yacht.
Judged by an expert panel of naval architects, designers, and industry leaders, the Boat International Design & Innovation Awards not only showcase aesthetic brilliance but also cutting-edge technological advancements and sustainable practices. They serve as a benchmark for innovation, inspiring future projects and elevating global standards in motor yacht design.
Some of the areas represented include exterior design, deck and interior layout and aesthetics, lifestyle features, and tenders.
