Bluegame Boats History & Heritage
Founded at the turn of the millennium by Luca Santella, a former Olympic sailing champion, Bluegame started as a unique custom-build project.
The one-off creation caught the attention of entrepreneur and offshore powerboat racer Carlo Bonomi during the Monaco Yacht Show, leading to a partnership with Santella. Bonomi provided the necessary financing for a series production run.
In 2018, the brand underwent a significant change when Sanlorenzo acquired it from its founders. Sanlorenzo enlisted the expertise of the renowned design partnership Studio Zuccon to collaborate with Santella. The goal was to refresh the look and style of the Bluegame range while staying true to the brand's distinctive DNA. This strategic move aimed to enhance and elevate Bluegame's position in the yachting market under the umbrella of the Sanlorenzo Group.
