Tom van Oossanen

PRO Superyacht Photographer
Videographer

With a unique eye for capturing the beauty of some of the world's most impressive yachts, photographer Tom van Oossanen can chart his fascination with superyachts back to 1999.

It was then, at the age of 9, he saw Amels 76.61m (251ft) superyacht BOADICEA as she was conducting sea trials near his hometown of Den Helder in the Netherlands. Three years later Tom bought his first camera and soon became a regular at Den Helder's port and airport, honing his skills as he took photos of the planes and boats arriving and departing.

This early interest paid dividends with Tom going on to forge an impressive career as a photographer. He worked for Superyacht Times for three years before starting his own company to provide the superyacht industry with high quality photographs.

With a long standing passion for machines Tom has developed an exceptional portfolio of images and is now one of the most renowned figures in superyacht photography.
