Design & Construction
Designed around a fast displacement GRP hull and superstructure she features a 27'9" beam and a 6'10" draft. The yacht has an internal volume of 349 GT (Gross Tonnes).
Construction started in late 2019. This was the eleventh yacht built on the Fast 125 design. She was completed at Benetti's Viareggio yard in Italy where she was commissioned and delivered to her owners in April 2021.
Exterior Design
The exterior design of Exinity features a raked bow, providing a sleek and modern profile. The deck is constructed of teak, offering durability and a classic nautical appearance. The hull and superstructure are both finished in white, presenting a clean and cohesive look. The boot top and below the waterline areas are painted black, adding a distinct contrast that enhances the yacht's overall aesthetic.
The aft deck is spacious, with a beam of just under 8.5 meters, offering ample room for socializing. There is plenty of seating available, making it a suitable area for entertaining guests or enjoying a quiet moment with a cocktail. The large windows in the main salon allow for abundant natural light, creating a bright and airy atmosphere inside.
Moving to the upper levels, the bridge deck is designed with practicality in mind. A dedicated area just aft of the bridge serves as a versatile space for activities such as yoga or exercise. The absence of side decks on this level maximizes the living space and opens up to a panoramic aft deck that is ideal for dining.
The sun deck is another highlight, featuring a barbecue station, dining spaces, sunbathing spots, and two bars. One of the bars is integrated into the forward windscreen, allowing for easy access while enjoying the view. The sun deck also includes a generously sized hot tub, surrounded by additional seating and sunbathing areas.
The bow area offers a beach club vibe, with ample space for sunbathing and relaxing. Additionally, the yacht features a beach club in the transom, equipped with sunbathing areas, a day head, and storage for water sports equipment.
Interior Design
The interior design of Exinity is characterized by its use of high-quality materials and thoughtful layout, ensuring both functionality and aesthetic appeal. Upon entering through the aft deck, you are welcomed into the main salon, illuminated by large side windows that allow natural light to flood the space. The salon features a neutral color palette with understated elegance, complemented by comfortable seating arrangements and practical furnishings.
The helm is designed with a focus on functionality and ease of navigation. The instruments are well-shaded to improve visibility, and the layout is practical, allowing for efficient control and maneuvering. Adjacent to the helm, the captain's cabin and two wing stations provide additional convenience and operational support.
The Sky Lounge utilizes the vessel's full beam, offering a spacious area for relaxation and socialization. With no side decks to interrupt the flow, this space extends seamlessly onto a panoramic aft deck, ideal for dining and entertainment. The bridge deck includes a dedicated area for exercise and stretching, enhancing the versatility of the yacht's design.
Accommodation
Exinity offers accommodation for up to ten guests across five well-appointed staterooms. The owner’s suite, located on the main deck, is a standout feature. It includes spacious closets, large windows that provide ample natural light, a his-and-hers bathroom with an interconnecting shower, and a thoughtful interior design.
The lower deck houses four additional guest staterooms. These include two double staterooms, each with generous storage and sizable bathrooms, and two twin staterooms. One of the twin staterooms includes an extra Pullman bed, providing flexible sleeping arrangements. Each cabin is designed with ample storage space and well-sized bathrooms, ensuring comfort and convenience for all guests.
Crew accommodation is well thought out, with space for a crew of seven. The crew quarters include three cabins, each with an en-suite head. Additional crew facilities feature a crew mess, a galley with ample storage and refrigeration, and a laundry room. The captain’s cabin is located just aft of the bridge, providing easy access to essential navigational controls.
