  • Sun loungers and bar/grill on upper deck
  • Country kitchen-style galley
  • Owner's suite, VIP, and twin guest cabins

Design & Construction

Designed around a semi-displacement GRP hull and superstructure she features a 6.55m beam and a 1.5m draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 131 GT (Gross Tonnes).

Exterior Design

The exterior of the Beth Ann reflects a traditional raised pilot house style. The yacht's lines are classic, with a sturdy build that suggests capability in various sea conditions. The bathing platform at the stern provides a practical entry point to the vessel, leading to the main deck through a substantial transom door.

On the main deck, there is a cockpit seating area that offers a space for relaxation and socializing. This area includes an external helm position, allowing for easy maneuvering and navigation from a more open vantage point. Adjacent to this is a small outdoor bar, complemented by steps that ascend to the upper deck, hinting at further amenities above.

The side decks of the Beth Ann are easily accessible and lead to the bow, which features additional seating and a Portuguese bridge, providing a secure environment for guests to enjoy the forward view during navigation. The robust stainless steel work and twin anchor winches at the bow underscore the yacht's readiness for serious maritime activity.

Moving up to the upper deck, one finds sun loungers and another bar setup with a barbecue and refrigeration, enabling entertainment and leisure in a more elevated and private setting. This deck doubles as a boat deck, equipped with a crane to manage the tender, emphasizing the yacht's self-sufficient and exploratory capabilities.

Beth Ann is designed with a balance of elegance and practicality, catering to guests' comfort and the demands of long-range cruising.

Interior Design

Upon entering the main salon, guests are greeted by a distinctive boat hull bar area, which cleverly mimics the yacht's exterior with strakes in blue, a white waterline, and a red anti-fouling design. The salon is equipped with a retractable television and ample storage for audio-visual equipment, ensuring both entertainment and practicality are addressed.

The bar is a central element of the main deck, offering a wide and comfortable space for guests to congregate. It includes a wine cooler, glass storage, a sink, and additional storage beneath. An ice maker is also incorporated, enhancing the functionality of this area.

Moving forward, the main deck continues to impress with the inclusion of a spacious dining area adjacent to the galley. The dining space provides convenience with a side access door to the exterior decks, allowing for easy transition between indoor and outdoor environments.

The galley, reminiscent of a country kitchen, presents an inviting ambiance with a substantial dinette that encourages interaction. The setup includes a stool that swings out for additional seating. The galley is well-appointed with significant refrigeration and freezer units, a full-sized cooker and hob, and generous sink facilities. An overhead extractor fan and a discreetly located dishwasher, initially mistaken for additional refrigeration, contribute to the practicality of the space.

Moving up to the raised pilot house reveals a professional-grade helm with a robust wheel, engine controls, bow and stern thruster controls, and an array of multifunction displays. The switchgear is conveniently positioned for ease of use, and a stabilization system is integrated into the control suite. Adjacent to the helm, a pleasant dinette offers a secondary social zone, distinct from the main deck, and a day head is conveniently located on this level for guests.

The Beth Ann's interior design is characterized by the use of high-quality materials and thoughtful lighting, which together create a setting that is both professional and inviting. Handrails are strategically placed throughout the vessel.

Accommodation

Beth Ann's layout is designed to cater to up to eight guests, accommodated in four well-appointed cabins. At the fore of the lower deck is the VIP guest cabin, a welcoming and cozy space featuring ample storage and an en suite bathroom with a separate shower. The cabin's design provides a sense of warmth and tradition, embodying the yacht's overall style.

Adjacent to the VIP cabin are two twin cabins, both furnished with single beds and featuring their own unique decor. Each cabin is equipped with an en suite, including a separate shower cubicle, ensuring privacy and convenience for guests.

The owner's suite is positioned aft on the lower deck, offering a spacious retreat for the principal guests. The cabin boasts generous storage options, including a substantial walk-in wardrobe. Comfort is further accentuated by a seating area and a dedicated en suite bathroom, which includes twin sinks and a shower cubicle. The design and finish of the owner's suite maintain the yacht's classic aesthetic.

For up to two crew members, Beth Ann provides comfortable quarters located aft on the lower deck. This area includes a mess space and a sizable bed, finished to guest accommodation standards. The crew quarters also have an en suite, ensuring their convenience and privacy.

Performance & Capabilities

Beth Ann's engine space houses a pair of robust Caterpillar C32 engines, each boasting 1,800 horsepower. These engines equip the yacht with the ability to reach a maximum speed of approximately 29 knots, while a comfortable cruising pace is maintained at 24 knots. For extended voyages, when efficiency becomes paramount, the yacht can operate at a speed of 9 knots, offering a remarkable range that exceeds 2,500 nautical miles.

Underpinning the vessel's stability and comfort during navigation are advanced stabilization systems. The engineering focus extends to the engine room, which is both spacious and well-organized, reflecting the serious nature of Beth Ann's design ethos. Accessibility and maintenance have been carefully considered, ensuring all systems are within reach for necessary checks and servicing.

Beth Ann's structural integrity and design are further complemented by its heavy metal engineering, including formidable shafts that translate the engines' power into motion through the water. The yacht also features the convenience of a water maker, enhancing self-sufficiency, and twin generators to ensure an uninterrupted power supply for all onboard systems and guest amenities.
