The 38.1m motor yacht Calypso was delivered to her owners in 2020 by Italian shipyard Benetti. The yacht's exteriors have been penned by Stefano Righini, while RWD has designed her interiors.

Design & Construction

Designed around a displacement to planing GRP hull and a carbon fibre superstructure she features a 8.45m beam and a 2.08m draft. The yacht has an internal volume of 320 GT (Gross Tonnes).

Construction started in early 2019. This was the ninth yacht built on the Fast 125 design. Launched in December 2019 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months. She was completed at Benetti's Viareggio yard in Italy where she was commissioned and delivered to her owners in July 2020.

Accommodation

Calypso offers accommodation for up to 10 guests in 5 suites comprising an owners cabin located on the main deck, 2 double cabins and 2 twin cabins. She is also capable of carrying up to 7 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.

Performance & Capabilities

Powered by twin diesel MTU (16V 2000 M96L) 16-cylinder 2,635hp engines running at 2450rpm, motor yacht Calypso is capable of reaching a top speed of 22 knots, and comfortably cruises at 17 knots. With her 24,984 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 1,750 nautical miles at an economic speed of 12 knots.
