The 26.81m motor yacht Heliophilia was delivered to her owners in 2024 by Turkish shipyard Sirena Yachts. Her naval architecture and exterior design comes from the drawing boards of German Frers, while Cor D. Rover Design is responsible for her interior design.

Key Features

  • Flybridge jacuzzi and cocktail zone
  • Raised pilothouse with wide views
  • Carbon fibre reinforced composite hull
  • Full-beam main deck owner suite

Design & Construction

Designed around a semi-displacement GRP hull and a carbon fibre superstructure she features a 7.1m beam and a 1.8m draft. The yacht is built over 2 decks with an internal volume of 125 GT (Gross Tonnes).

Exterior Design

Heliophilia is a standout in the 27-metre (88.6-foot) class - a 2024 Sirena 88 that brings serious presence with her high plumb bow, raised pilothouse design, and imposing superstructure. Designed by Germán Frers, her hull benefits from advanced naval architecture and is constructed using resin infusion and carbon fibre to optimise weight distribution and cruising efficiency. Whether at displacement or semi-planing speeds, the result is a smooth and economical ride.

Outdoor living is well accounted for. The flybridge is its own dedicated social space, with an upper helm station forward to starboard, a full bar, and a formal dining table. Aft, large settees gather around cocktail tables beneath open skies, creating a relaxed lounge atmosphere. The sundeck, another key highlight, features a shaded dining area under a hardtop, along with a grill, bar, and jacuzzi - all geared toward extended days at anchor or lively entertaining.

At the bow, a private dining area sits tucked behind tall bulwarks for privacy and wind protection. Unusually, this area connects directly to the owner’s suite via a sliding glass door, adding a quiet, direct-access outdoor retreat.

Wide sliding doors aft open the saloon onto a sheltered cockpit where a dining table spans the beam. From here, twin staircases lead down to the large swim platform, which is serviced by a fully equipped beach club integrated into the transom.

With its flybridge bar and jacuzzi, Heliophilia was clearly designed for sociable cruising.

Interior Design

The interior of Heliophilia has a warm, inviting atmosphere, grounded in natural materials and soft lighting. Warm woods and neutral-toned furnishings are used throughout, with cabinetry that keeps the tone understated and elegant. Ambient lighting creates a gentle glow in the evenings, giving each space a restful, refined feel.

The main saloon is bright and open, with full-height windows and opening side doors that show off the generous beam. A formal dining table seats ten comfortably, served by a galley just steps away. A fireplace adds character and warmth to the main deck social area, while a dedicated wine fridge/cellar nearby caters to longer stays and relaxed dining.

Further aft, the seating area features a mix of U-shaped and straight settees, ideal for casual conversation. These open directly onto the aft deck through wide glass doors, keeping the flow seamless between indoor and outdoor zones.

Above, the raised pilothouse is positioned to deliver commanding views and better navigation sight-lines, while also keeping operational functions out of the main guest spaces. This helps preserve the easy, residential tone of the main deck.

Heliophilia also features a highly custom layout not typically found on other Sirena 88s. These upgrades include a separate office, a dedicated TV lounge, and a second day head on the lower decks.

Interior construction is focused on comfort, with floating, anti-vibration floors that help minimise sound transmission throughout.

Accommodation

Up to nine guests are accommodated across four well-designed cabins, supported by a crew of four in two separate crew cabins.

The full-beam master suite is situated forward on the main deck, making full use of the yacht’s volume and offering direct access to the private foredeck area via sliding glass doors. Below deck, a double-berth cabin is located forward, taking advantage of the tall bow volume. Aft of this are two twin cabins, followed by a generous full-beam VIP suite amidships.

Performance & Capabilities

Powered by twin diesel MAN (V12) 12-cylinder 1,550hp engines, motor yacht Heliophilia is capable of reaching a top speed of 22 knots, and comfortably cruises at 13 knots. With her 14,000 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 2,290 nautical miles at an economic speed of 9 knots. Her semi-displacement hull design means she offers a great balance of space and speed.

Luxury runs throughout Heliophilia, from her warm timber interiors to soft ambient lighting.
