Delivered in 2006, Heritage Of London is a 45.3m sail yacht built by Italian shipyard Perini Navi. Her interior and exterior has been penned in-house by the Perini Navi design team.

Design & Construction
Designed around a steel hull and an aluminium superstructure she features a 9m beam and a 9.1m draft. The yacht has an internal volume of 309 GT (Gross Tonnes).
The yacht was designed and constructed in compliance with the Lloyds Register technical standards.
Exterior Design
The exterior design of the yacht Heritage Of London is both functional and visually appealing. The yacht features a raked bow which provides an efficient and smooth sailing experience. The deck is crafted from teak, known for its durability and resistance to harsh marine environments. The hull of the yacht is painted navy blue, creating a classic and authoritative presence on the water. The superstructure is white, offering a clean and crisp contrast to the hull. Below the waterline, the yacht is painted black, ensuring a sleek and professional appearance.
On deck, Heritage Of London includes twin helm stations, each equipped with comprehensive sail and engine controls, bow and stern thruster controls, an autopilot, and a screen displaying Transas charts, radar, and systems monitor. The lack of a bimini offers the helmsman an unobstructed view of the sails and forward over the deckhouse.
The yacht's deck plan incorporates practical features such as seven concealed captive winches for operating the sheets and halyards, and a 4.9-meter Castoldi jet tender stored in a forward locker. Access to the water or shore is facilitated by a stern passerelle, a side boarding ladder, and a bathing platform that folds down from the portside stern quarter.
The cockpit design, slightly recessed into the deck, offers a protected area for up to 16 people to dine or relax, shaded by a hard-topped bimini. Additional relaxation areas include a sun mattress on top of the deckhouse and a forward cockpit built into the coachroof.
Interior Design
The interior design of the Heritage Of London is defined by its practical yet aesthetically pleasing choices, focusing on functionality and nautical inspiration. The use of teak for both the floor and paneled walls provides a warm and classic maritime atmosphere. The large windows in the saloon ensure panoramic exterior visibility, enhancing the sense of openness within the space.
The saloon itself is designed for both relaxation and dining, featuring a seating area with three sofas arranged around a low table to port and a dining table to starboard. This dining table can accommodate eight guests but can be expanded to seat twelve by adding a leaf. The area is accented with nautical art and artifacts, adding a touch of historical maritime charm.
The lower deck layout includes a galley equipped to professional standards. It is located to port of the crew mess, which comfortably seats eight around its table. The galley is designed for efficiency and practicality, ensuring that culinary operations run smoothly.
The pilothouse, located forward of the saloon, forms a large open space with the saloon but can be separated by a sliding panel and door to block stray light during night navigation. This area includes a guest sofa and a convenient day head, as well as a collection of antique barometers. It houses the main autopilot panel, primary navigation displays, communications stations, and the chart table.
Accommodation
Heritage Of London can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests across its well-appointed cabins. At the heart of the guest accommodation is the owner's suite, strategically positioned against the lazarette bulkhead. This suite is uniquely versatile, allowing it to be divided into two separate cabins along the yacht's centerline.
When undivided, the owner's suite spans the full beam of the yacht, featuring double beds on both port and starboard sides, two shower rooms, and a study. The suite can transform into a master cabin with a larger bathroom, complete with a steam shower and a walk-in wardrobe, by closing the central partition. This master cabin also offers direct access to the bathing platform for convenient early-morning swims and an adjacent study, equipped with modern office amenities.
In addition to the owner's suite, Heritage Of London features three more guest cabins. Each of these cabins is designed with comfort in mind, offering two large single beds separated by a bedside cabinet, a well-lit shower room, and an additional pullman berth.
Accommodation for six crew members is provided in three twin-bunked en suite cabins. These crew quarters are complemented by a mess area that can comfortably seat eight around its table, fostering a communal and efficient living environment. Adjacent to the mess is a galley, equipped to professional standards, and a well-sized laundry area.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by 1 x diesel Caterpillar (C32 DITA) 12-cylinder 1,400hp engines running at 2300rpm, motor yacht Heritage Of London is capable of reaching a top speed of 14 knots, and comfortably cruises at 12 knots. With her 31,300 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 3,200 nautical miles at 11 knots.
Amenities
The yacht features a well-equipped gym, allowing her guests to keep up their fitness regimes at sea. Air conditioning offers increased on-board comfort.
