Design & Construction
Designed around a semi-displacement GRP hull and superstructure she features a 26'11" beam and a 5'11" draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 397 GT (Gross Tonnes).
This was the third yacht built on the Majesty 140 design. She was delivered to her owners in September 2019.
Exterior Design
The yacht Checked Out features a white hull and superstructure complemented by a black boot top and a raked flared bow, which gives it a sleek, streamlined appearance. The hull's geometry is notable for its creative use of shapes, with the superstructure's lines and windows integrating smoothly into the overall profile. This design approach ensures that the yacht maintains a cohesive look without repetitive elements. The front profile, with its slightly raked pilothouse windshield, enhances the yacht's ability to cut through the water efficiently.
Moving towards the aft, Checked Out is equipped with a Eurotransom and stairs leading down to both port and starboard sides. The swim platform features teak treads that extend onto the platform, which includes an Opacmare Z-Lift. This lift serves multiple purposes, acting as a diving platform, a boarding point, or stairs into the water, showcasing the yacht's practical design.
The foredeck is equipped with jet skis and a telescoping davit, making it easy to launch watercraft from either side of the bow. The hydraulic Maxwell windlasses and pocket anchors are elegantly integrated into the design, minimizing visual clutter and highlighting the yacht's clean lines.
Above, the sundeck offers ample open-air space for entertainment, with polished stainless safety rails ensuring a safe environment. A large jacuzzi, surrounded by teak decking, is a prominent feature, with a freshwater shower integrated into the hardtop for convenience. The molded hardtop, equipped with actuated sunroofs, demonstrates the yacht's thoughtful design, providing both shelter and an option for open-air enjoyment.
The aft section of the sundeck includes a well-equipped wet bar with deck-mounted teak bar stools and a split-level bar top, enhancing the yacht's capacity for entertaining guests. The deck also features an oversized U-shaped dinette and an air-conditioned changing room, providing comfort and convenience without needing to move to lower levels.
Interior Design
Designed by Cristiano Gatto, the interior of the Majesty 140 yacht, Checked Out capitalizes on spaciousness and efficient use of volume, creating a sense of openness throughout the yacht.
Materials play a significant role in defining the yacht's aesthetic. The flooring transitions from engineered wood, which mimics the texture of hardwood while offering greater durability, to soft carpets in areas such as the master stateroom. The use of leather seating with detailed stitching and sophisticated woodwork adds a tactile dimension to the yacht's environment. Sunlight enhances these elements, bringing out the subtle details of the design.
The galley is designed for practicality and ease of use. It features a well-thought-out layout that allows ample space for meal preparation and cooking. The main cooking area is equipped with a Miele cooktop, oven, and microwave on the forward bulkhead. The cleaning area includes a twin sink basin and dishwasher, while the aft bulkhead houses the refrigeration units. A breakfast nook provides a casual dining space, and additional pantry storage ensures that the dining area remains organized.
The helm is a hub of advanced technology and functionality. It includes three primary multifunction displays, a Gulfcraft Ship Systems computer, and controls for navigation and anchoring. The helm seat provides the captain with a comprehensive view of the instruments needed to operate the yacht efficiently. Nearby, a patinaed map of the globe enhances the space's aesthetic, wrapping from the overhead to the aft bulkhead.
In terms of lounge areas, the sky lounge is designed for relaxation and informal gatherings. It mirrors the lower salon's style, offering a comfortable seating arrangement that includes a sofa, loveseat, and armchairs. The Crestron system allows for control over lighting, blinds, and audiovisual settings, creating a customizable environment for entertainment. The lounge also features a substantial bar area with private crew access, a large TV with a surround sound system, and extensive storage for entertainment needs.
The main salon stands out for its open sight lines and elegant design. Large windows allow natural light to flood the space, complementing the plush seating and modern decor. The formal dining area accommodates ten guests comfortably, with a table surrounded by seating on all sides.

Checked Out offers luxurious accommodation for up to 12 guests across five well-appointed cabins. The full-beam on-deck master suite, featuring a private balcony, ensures an elevated experience for the owner. This suite includes a forward-facing king bed, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a centerline tub and a glass shower stall, providing comfort and privacy.
Below deck, the yacht accommodates guests in two twin cabins and two VIP staterooms. The twin cabins offer side-by-side berths, each with a full ensuite and modern amenities such as USB plugs and Crestron control panels for lighting and blinds. The VIP staterooms, larger than the twin cabins, boast a queen berth and ensuite facilities, with substantial natural light from large hull-side windows.
