The 38.4m motor yacht Altavita was delivered to her owners in 2018 by Emirati shipyard Gulf Craft. Her interior design, exterior styling and naval architecture come from the drawing boards of Gulf Craft's in-house design team.

Design & Construction
Designed around a semi-displacement GRP hull and superstructure she features a 7.54m beam and a 2.01m draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 299 GT (Gross Tonnes).
This was the sixth yacht built on the Majesty 125 design. She was delivered to her owners in August 2018.
Exterior Design
Constructed with a GRP hull and superstructure, the yacht emphasizes durability and strength. The decks are made of teak, providing a solid and reliable surface for movement and activities onboard. The yacht's paint is applied using Awlgrip, in a Snow White color, ensuring a clean and professional appearance. Life rafts are strategically placed on the exterior for safety.
Altavita features a three-deck layout and the aft deck is equipped with a substantial seating area sheltered by an overhang. This area includes a bar with a large refrigerator, making it suitable for social gatherings and outdoor dining.
The sun deck tops off the yacht with a hot tub and sun loungers, providing panoramic views. The bar area and additional seating make this deck ideal for leisure activities and entertaining guests.
At the bow, there is a designated space for relaxation and sunbathing, with ample seating available for guests. The upper decks offer additional seating and dining areas, protected by a hardtop. The sun deck is equipped with a hot tub and sun lounges, providing a straightforward and enjoyable space for leisure.
The stern of the yacht includes a garage door, housing a tender and jet skis, which are easily deployed using a transformer lift. The exterior storage also accommodates sea bobs, wetsuits, and buoyancy aids, ensuring that all equipment is readily accessible for water activities.
Interior Design
The use of a slightly darker, matte-finished wood throughout the interior sets a refined tone, complemented by light-colored furniture that enhances the spacious feel. The lighting is thoughtfully integrated, with fixtures embedded in the ceiling and tucked into edges.
On the aft deck, a large seating area situated under an overhang creates a comfortable space for relaxation. The interior bar area is equipped with a large refrigerator, making it convenient for hosting.
The galley is efficiently designed, with ample cold storage lining the area. The cooking space is well-appointed with essential appliances, including a coffee machine and modern cooking equipment. The layout facilitates easy movement and preparation, crucial for managing the culinary needs of the yacht.
The wheelhouse, located on the upper deck, serves as both the operational hub and an office space. It is equipped with Simrad screens, bow and stern thrusters, throttles, and various communication tools, ensuring comprehensive control and management of the yacht. Adjacent to the wheelhouse is the captain's cabin, fitted to the same standard as the guest cabins and inclusive of a pullman berth and en-suite.
The sky lounge on the upper deck offers a secondary relaxation area distinct from the main deck. It features a bar and opens onto an alfresco dining area under a hardtop. This space is designed for both relaxation and social gatherings, with amenities such as an ice maker and a pantry nearby.
Accommodation
Altavita features a master stateroom located on the main deck. This suite is designed with a private lobby area that can serve as an office. The main sleeping area includes a large central bed, a seating area, a dressing area, and a walk-in wardrobe. Significant natural light filters in through large windows, even in the wardrobe. The en-suite bathroom is well-appointed and includes both a bath with hot tub jets.
Altavita can comfortably accommodate guests in four cabins located on the lower deck. There are two VIP staterooms, each equipped with a double bed, ample storage including illuminated wardrobes, and an en-suite shower room. Additionally, there are two twin cabins, each furnished with a twin bed and a pullman berth. The en-suite facilities in these cabins provide guests with a private and comfortable stay.
The yacht provides substantial accommodation for up to eight crew members, ensuring they can perform their duties efficiently. There are three twin staterooms on the lower deck, each with its own en-suite shower room. The captain’s cabin, located near the wheelhouse, also includes a pullman berth and an en-suite shower room, designed to the same standards as the guest cabins.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel Caterpillar (C32) 12-cylinder 1,902hp engines running at 2300rpm, motor yacht Altavita is capable of reaching a top speed of 18 knots, and comfortably cruises at 14 knots. With her 31,282 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 1,100 nautical miles at an economic speed of 10 knots. She has been fitted with stabilizers to increase on-board comfort when the yacht is at anchor, particularly in rough waters. Her semi-displacement hull design means she offers a great balance of space and speed.

Air conditioning offers increased on-board comfort. Altavita also features a deck jacuzzi for cooling off and an inviting spread of sunpads.
