The 33.5m motor yacht MemoryMaker was delivered to her owners in 1997 by American shipyard Hatteras. Her interior design comes from the drawing boards of Thomas Achille.

Key Features

  • Upper deck with barbecue, fridge, hot tub
  • Bow bench seating and sunpads
  • Full-beam master suite
  • Raised pilot house design

Design & Construction

Designed around a semi-displacement fiberglass hull and a composite superstructure she features a 7.3m beam and a 2.1m draft. The yacht has an internal volume of 197 GT (Gross Tonnes).

Exterior Design

The raised pilothouse design offers a spacious upper deck, which includes a large seating area, a barbecue, a sink, and a fridge. This deck is designed to accommodate outdoor meals and gatherings, with its expansive U-shaped seating area and multiple tables. There is also a covered hot tub or sun pad, as well as sun pads on either side, enhancing the outdoor leisure options.

For water activities, the yacht is equipped with a tender and a jet ski, both stored on the upper deck and deployable via an onboard crane. The bow area features double-layered sun pads and a bench, providing ample space for sunbathing and relaxation.

MemoryMaker features a swim platform at the stern, providing easy access to the water.

Interior Design

The main salon features high-quality furniture that complements the black floors and carefully selected rug. The large TV mounted on the wall adds a modern touch.

Moving forward from the main salon, the galley is designed with practicality in mind. It includes full-size appliances, a double sink positioned in front of a large window, and an expansive breakfast table with wrap-around seating. The galley also has ample refrigeration and a well-organized layout, ideal for meal preparation and casual dining.

The bar area, centrally located, is equipped with wine refrigerators and a sink, providing a convenient spot for making drinks. Adjacent to the bar is the formal dining area, which is well-suited for hosting meals. The integration of a desk in the main salon offers additional functionality, serving as a workspace if needed.

In the raised pilot house, the helm is straightforward and user-friendly, with all necessary controls easily accessible. The seating area behind the helm allows for comfortable navigation and interaction.

Accommodation

MemoryMaker is designed to host up to eight guests across four well-appointed cabins.

The master cabin is a full-beam suite, featuring a king-size bed, a desk/dressing area, and a large walk-in closet. The ensuite bathroom is fitted with a double rainfall shower and dual vanities, providing a luxurious and private space for the owner.

The guest accommodation includes two queen-sized cabins, each with its own ensuite bathroom. These cabins are designed to offer comfort and privacy, with ample storage space and modern amenities. Additionally, there is a fourth cabin that has been converted into an office/gym, which also has an ensuite bathroom.

She is also capable of carrying up to five crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.

Performance & Capabilities

Motor yacht MemoryMaker is capable of reaching a top speed of 21 knots, and comfortably cruises at 17 knots. Her semi-displacement hull design means she offers a great balance of space and speed.
