Delivered in 1989, MP5 is a 45.2m motor yacht built by Dutch shipyard Feadship. Her naval architecture and exterior design comes from the drawing boards of De Voogt, while Bannenberg & Rowell is responsible for her interior design.

Design & Construction
Designed around a displacement steel hull and an aluminium superstructure she features a 8.2m beam and a 2.8m draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 432 GT (Gross Tonnes).
The yacht was designed and constructed in compliance with the Lloyds Register technical standards.
Exterior Design
The exterior design of the MP5 yacht features a raked bow, providing a sleek and efficient profile that cuts through the water. The deck is made of durable teak, ensuring both functionality and aesthetic appeal. The hull is painted black, contrasting sharply with the white superstructure and boot top, creating a distinct and striking appearance. Below the waterline, the yacht is also black, maintaining a consistent and professional look throughout. The use of these colors and materials underscores the yacht's robust and practical design.
The upper deck serves as an ideal area for entertaining. The large aft space is equipped with DJ mixing decks, providing a lively atmosphere for guests.
Interior Design
The interior design of MP5, crafted by Jon Bannenberg, features a combination of tactile materials and contrasting dark woods, providing a sophisticated and welcoming ambiance.
The main deck saloon is comfortably furnished, offering a formal dining area alongside a state-of-the-art entertainment center. This space includes a 65-inch Samsung LED television screen and a Denon stereo sound system. The use of high-quality materials ensures a comfortable and stylish environment. The dining area is designed for formal gatherings, enhancing the overall functionality of the main saloon.
The skylounge features a bar and casual dining areas, making it suitable for both relaxation and social activities. The entertainment center in the skylounge includes a 55-inch Samsung LED television screen, adding to the versatility of the space.
Accommodation
MP5 accommodates up to 12 guests in six well-appointed cabins. The layout includes a full beam master suite, two VIP suites, two twin cabins, and a single cabin with a Pullman berth. Each guest cabin is equipped with entertainment centers, Samsung LCD television screens, and ensuite bathroom facilities to ensure comfort and convenience.
The main deck features a spacious full beam master cabin, which is equipped with a private office and ensuite bathroom, offering a private and serene space for the owner.
The crew is also well-accommodated with six cabins that sleep a total of 11 members, ensuring that service is both efficient and discreet.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel Detroit Diesel (16V 92 TA) 16-cylinder 730hp engines, motor yacht MP5 is capable of reaching a top speed of 14 knots, and comfortably cruises at 13 knots. With her 50,000 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 4,500 nautical miles at 10 knots.
