Key Features

  • Spacious sundeck with Jacuzzi and bar
  • Main deck aft for tender storage
  • Luxurious interiors with marble and wood
  • Range of 4,500 nautical miles at cruising

Design & Construction

Designed around a full displacement steel hull and an aluminium superstructure she features a 8.4m beam and a 2.6m draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 426 GT (Gross Tonnes).

This was the first yacht built on the Kingship Magellan 110 design. The yacht was designed and constructed in compliance with the Lloyds Register technical standards. Launched in March 2012 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months. She was delivered to her owners in March 2012.

Exterior Design

The sundeck features a Jacuzzi tub and a sizable bar area, providing a functional space for relaxation and entertainment. The upper deck includes a dining area and an aft seating section, offering ample room for guests to unwind. The main deck aft provides additional storage space for tenders and jet skis during long crossings.

The aft deck on the main deck is designated for storing tenders and jet skis, accommodating a 5.5-meter tender, a 6.5-meter tender, and two jet skis. This layout allows for easy launching and retrieval, making it practical for accessing remote beaches and shallow waters.

The hull is designed with a raked bow, enhancing its ability to cut through waves and improve seakeeping. The hull is painted in a midnight blue color, offering a strong and authoritative appearance on the water. The superstructure's off-white color complements the darker hull, creating a classic and timeless look. A white boot top line adds a clean, crisp finish between the hull and the superstructure, accentuating the yacht's sleek profile.

Interior Design

The main lounge area is designed with clean marble surfaces and warm wood finishes, creating a bright and cheerful atmosphere. Large windows provide ample natural light and offer picturesque views of the surrounding seascape. To starboard, a short corridor leads to additional spaces, ensuring easy navigation throughout the yacht.

The galley is well-appointed and designed for efficiency. It features a Viking six-burner induction hob, complemented by a Miele two-burner, and two ovens. The cool room is capable of storing provisions for extended voyages, having previously supported 17 people for a month in Antarctica. A dedicated dishwasher in the galley is used frequently, underscoring the practicality of the design. Additionally, the crew pantry has its own dishwashing appliances, ensuring smooth operation and cleanliness.

The helm is designed with functionality in mind. It includes businesslike vertical windows and simple, easily visible instrumentation. A small pantry and the captain's cabin are conveniently located nearby. The helm area also has an accommodating sofa arrangement, allowing guests to comfortably observe navigation.

Accommodation

Ocean's Seven offers accommodation for up to ten guests. The yacht features a total of five staterooms, ensuring a luxurious stay for all on board.

The owner's suite or master cabin is located on the main deck. This suite includes a private study and stateroom. The design is open and airy, creating a light-filled retreat perfect for relaxation after a day of exploration. The suite's positioning on the main deck ensures easy access and offers expansive views of the seascape.

Below deck, Ocean's Seven houses four additional staterooms. These comprise two twin cabins and two double cabins, each exquisitely appointed to ensure guest comfort. The thoughtful layout and elegant design of these cabins provide a welcoming environment where guests can unwind after their adventures.

Ocean's Seven is also equipped to house a full crew, ensuring smooth and efficient operation during voyages. The crew quarters include a pantry area, a dinette, and three cabins. This setup allows the yacht to accommodate up to ten crew members: two in the captain's cabin, six in the crew quarters, and two in the engineer's quarters. The crew's living spaces are designed to be functional and comfortable, supporting long-term stays on board.
