The 43.65m motor yacht Pachamama was delivered to her owners in 2015 by Italian shipyard Baglietto. Her interior design and exterior styling comes from the drawing boards of Francesco Paszkowski Design, while Baglietto is responsible for her naval architecture.

Key Features

  • Spacious flybridge
  • Social kitchen-dining area
  • 33 knot top speed
  • Large windows for abundant natural light

Design & Construction

Designed around a planing aluminium hull and superstructure she features a 8.3m beam and a 1.7m draft. The yacht is built over 2 decks with an internal volume of 374 GT (Gross Tonnes).

Construction started in early 2014.

Exterior Design

Constructed from aluminum, the yacht Pachamama features strong and assertive lines that hint at Baglietto's military heritage. The superstructure's shape and the distinctive black side windows, which extend from the stern to the bow, contribute to its dynamic profile.

Emphasizing open and functional spaces, the transom is designed for immediate recognition. The updated styles ensure that the yacht remains instantly identifiable as part of the Baglietto range, while also incorporating contemporary design elements. The flying bridge and air vents on the wing have been revised to enhance both aesthetics and functionality.

The forward part of the yacht, including the nose and windows, has been carefully designed to allow ample natural light into the interior spaces. Large skylights have been installed to facilitate light entry, particularly in areas that typically remain darker, such as the entrance.

The exterior spaces are designed for socializing and relaxation, featuring a starboard staircase leading to a spacious bridge deck. This area provides a cozy atmosphere, akin to an outdoor saloon. It includes sun loungers, a central sofa and coffee table area, a dining table, and a teppanyaki grill with adjacent amenities. Uniquely, the spa pool is positioned at the bow, surrounded by sunpads, offering an additional outdoor lounging space.

Interior Design

Pachamama's interior design has a contemporary aesthetic that prioritizes natural light and open spaces. The yacht's design employs a natural palette of materials, including teak, limestone silk, and dark brown leather. Teak is used extensively, with natural teak flooring and checkerboard teak paneling lining the walls of the saloons and other communal areas.

The main saloon is designed with wide windows that allow abundant natural light, enhancing the space's open and airy feel. The furniture is low and simple, providing a relaxed setting for socializing with family and friends. The use of glossy white lacquered surfaces on ceilings reflects light and complements the natural tones of the materials used throughout the interior.

The wheelhouse features a darker, more sophisticated decor than the rest of the yacht. Dark leather, shiny chrome, and purple lighting create a modern and functional space. It also serves as a social area, with large sofas, a TV, and a PlayStation, catering to both adults and children.

Accommodation

Pachamama comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across five well-appointed cabins. The accommodations include a full-beam master suite located aft on the lower deck, providing a spacious retreat for the owner with a large en suite bathroom and a walk-in wardrobe.

In addition to the master suite, there are three twin cabins and one double cabin amidships, all designed with a calming and simple palette. These cabins are thoughtfully crafted to provide comfort and privacy to guests, featuring stylish interiors that incorporate splashes of lime green, cornflower blue, and warm orange in their soft furnishings, art, and lamps.

The crew accommodations are situated forward of the guest cabins, offering quarters for up to seven crew members. These cabins share many of the same finishes and materials as the guest cabins, maintaining a cohesive design throughout the yacht. The crew quarters are of a comparable size to the guest cabins, providing comfort and functionality for the crew members on board.

Performance & Capabilities

Powered by twin diesel MTU (16V 4000 M93L) 4,479hp engines, motor yacht Pachamama is capable of reaching a top speed of 33 knots, and comfortably cruises at 28 knots. With her 41,000 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 1,000 nautical miles at 28 knots. She has been fitted with stabilizers to increase on-board comfort when the yacht is at anchor, particularly in rough waters. Her planing hull design means she is fast and efficient as she slices through the water.

Amenities

Pachamama also features a deck jacuzzi for cooling off.
