Design & Construction

Designed around a displacement steel hull and an aluminium superstructure she features a 39'8" beam and a 11'8" draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 1,407 GT (Gross Tonnes).

Exterior Design

The exterior of Silver Angel reflects a balanced and sophisticated design, characterized by its stylishly handsome lines and well-considered proportions that contribute to the vessel's impressive yet understated profile. The integration of the windows into the overall design is skillfully executed, with ebony style lines running along the white contours of the yacht's structure, effectively blending the windows into the yacht's side, thus minimizing visual interruption.

Central to Silver Angel's appeal is the use of high-quality materials such as sand-blasted travertine and teak with a deep black finish on the cap rails, which enhances the yacht's visual appeal while maintaining a uniform aesthetic. The exterior spaces are thoughtfully arranged, offering multiple levels of open decks that provide guests with a variety of environments for relaxation and entertainment.

The sun deck area is notable for its travertine steps leading up to a counter-current pool, providing guests with an inviting space to enjoy while basking in the sun. The aft deck features a raised platform furnished with custom-designed sun loungers, a conducive setting for guests seeking to unwind in the open air.

For alfresco dining, Silver Angel is equipped with a large glass table on the top deck, positioned within a clearly defined area and serviced by a food lift from the galley below. Another glass dining table is situated on the aft bridge deck upper saloon, offering a sheltered and comfortable setting with mirrored surfaces and green foliage adding to the ambiance.

At the stern, the yacht showcases a well-executed boarding platform, finished in quality teak and featuring mirrored doors, a departure from the standard. This area provides access to two large tender stations with side-opening bays for efficient deployment of the tenders.

The interior design of Silver Angel balances simplicity and complexity, with each material and finish selected to contribute to the cohesive art deco theme.

Interior Design

The interior of Silver Angel is defined by its contemporary interpretation of Art Deco style. The decor features glossy black oak paneling, accented by the gleam of white Onyx furniture, white marble, and touches of silver leaf. This blend of materials creates an atmosphere of understated elegance throughout the yacht's interior spaces.

Reflecting the yacht’s design theme, the main deck areas are fashioned with an eye for architectural precision. The use of richly textured fabrics, mink throws, silk-fringed, and crystal-encrusted cushions complements the bespoke hand-made tables and cabinets, which house a selection of glass and china. Fluted lacquered walls are scalloped meticulously, offering a backdrop to the carefully curated furnishings and decorative elements.

The owner's suite, situated on the main deck, continues the Art Deco motif. It includes a sophisticated office area finished in black leather and outfitted with a custom-designed desk. The office and adjacent private gymnasium promote a sense of privacy and functionality. In the gymnasium, a hammam—a traditional Turkish steam bath—adds a touch of wellness-focused luxury.

Natural light plays a significant role in the ambiance of the interior spaces. Indian silk blinds provide a subtle diffusion of sunlight during the day, while blackout blinds ensure privacy and darkness when needed. The en suite bathrooms showcase the remarkable use of onyx on every surface, including a bath carved from a single block of the stone. Black lacquered doors conceal dressing rooms and ample storage space.

Dining aboard Silver Angel is an experience in itself, with a large glass table positioned centrally, serviced by a food lift that connects directly to the professionally equipped galley. The dining experience is enhanced by a collection of seven dinner services, each with a unique configuration of tableware.

The design philosophy extends to the staircase, a central feature that combines onyx balustrades with a sweeping curve, connecting the decks in a fluid manner. This feature is not only functional but also serves as a striking design element that complements the overall aesthetic.

Attention to detail is evident in every component of the interior. The use of Lalique glass, silver, ebony-stained oak, and onyx speaks to the quality and craftsmanship invested in the yacht.

Accommodation

Accommodations aboard Silver Angel are crafted to offer comfort and privacy for a maximum of 12 guests. The yacht houses seven well-appointed cabins, consisting of a full-beam Owner's suite on the main deck forward, a VIP cabin on the upper deck, four double cabins, and two twin cabins on the lower deck.

The Owner's suite is a highlight, occupying a prime position on the main deck. It boasts a spacious bedroom, his-and-hers bathrooms, and dedicated areas for dressing and storage. The suite also includes a private office, finished with black leather and a custom-designed desk, and a personal gymnasium with an adjacent hammam. The suite's large windows are fitted with Indian silk blinds for daylight hours and blackout blinds to ensure a restful night's sleep.

Guest cabins are elegantly designed, continuing the yacht's Art Deco theme. Each cabin features en-suite facilities, ensuring privacy and convenience. The VIP cabin on the upper deck mirrors the sophistication found throughout the vessel, providing guests with a luxurious and serene space.

Crew accommodations ensure that the 21 members of the Silver Angel team have their own dedicated spaces, including a mess and separate lounge. This allows the crew to maintain the yacht's high standards of service without intruding on guest areas. Internal access to the engine room and aft garage is also provided for the crew, facilitating smooth operations aboard the vessel.
