The 131'5" motor yacht Thumper was delivered to her owners in 2014 by British shipyard Sunseeker. Sunseeker's in-house team has created the interior and exterior design of the superyacht.
Design & Construction
Designed around a semi-displacement GRP hull and superstructure she features a 26'7" beam and a 9'4" draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 338 GT (Gross Tonnes).
This was the thirteenth yacht built on the 40 Metre Yacht design. She was delivered to her owners in August 2014.
Accommodation
Thumper offers accommodation for up to 10 guests in 5 suites comprising an owners cabin, 2 double cabins and 2 twin cabins. She is also capable of carrying up to 9 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel MTU (12V 4000 M93) 3,180hp engines, motor yacht Thumper is capable of reaching a top speed of 24 knots, and comfortably cruises at 12 knots. With her 6,076 gallon fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 1,500 nautical miles at 10 knots. She has been fitted with stabilizers to increase on-board comfort when the yacht is at anchor, particularly in rough waters. Her semi-displacement hull design means she offers a great balance of space and speed.
Amenities
Air conditioning offers increased on-board comfort. Thumper also features deck jacuzzi which provides excellent views.
