The 36.6m motor yacht Virtue was delivered to her owners in 2008 by Italian shipyard Benetti. The yacht's elegant exterior design is by Stefano Righini, while her interiors are the work of Zuretti.
Design & Construction
Designed around a semi-displacement GRP hull and superstructure she features a 7.9m beam and a 1.95m draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 299 GT (Gross Tonnes).
Construction started in late 2006. She was completed at Benetti's Viareggio yard in Italy where she was commissioned and delivered to her owners in March 2007.
Accommodation
Virtue offers accommodation for up to 10 guests in 5 suites comprising an owners cabin located on the main deck, 2 VIP cabins and 2 twin cabins. She is also capable of carrying up to 7 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel Caterpillar (C30) 1,550hp engines, motor yacht Virtue is capable of reaching a top speed of 16 knots, and comfortably cruises at 15 knots. With her 38,000 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 3,800 nautical miles at 12 knots. She has been fitted with stabilizers to increase on-board comfort when the yacht is at anchor, particularly in rough waters. Her semi-displacement hull design means she offers a great balance of space and speed.
Amenities
In addition, a swim platform provides easy access to the ocean. Crowning the yacht is a spacious sundeck with an inviting spread of sunpads and deck jacuzzi which provides excellent views.
