The 30.56m motor yacht Von B was delivered to her owners in 2020 by British shipyard Princess. Her naval architecture and exterior design comes from the drawing boards of Bernard Olesinski, while Princess is responsible for her interior design.

Design & Construction

Designed around a semi-displacement GRP hull and superstructure she features a 7.05m beam and a 2.08m draft. The yacht is built over 2 decks with an internal volume of 162 GT (Gross Tonnes).

This was the thirteenth yacht built on the Princess 30M design. She was completed at Princess' South Yard yard in United Kingdom where she was commissioned and delivered to her owners in June 2020.

Exterior Design

The main deck features a welcome desk bar, equipped with a fridge and space for snacks and drinks, ideal for casual gatherings. The stern includes a lounging area that can be converted into an al fresco dining salon, providing shaded open areas for comfortable outdoor dining.

Ascending from the swimming platform, guests are greeted with functional amenities that enhance their experience on board. The staircase from the main deck leads up to the flybridge, which is designed for both relaxation and entertainment. The flybridge includes a second helm, a small lounge, a bar with a fridge, sink, freezer, and ice maker, making it a convenient spot for afternoon gatherings. The U-shaped dining area and sunpads offer a mix of seating options for meals and sunbathing. The retractable hardtop provides the option for additional shade when needed.

The bow area is designed with additional sunpads and a lounge area, providing a comfortable space to enjoy the views and relax. The yacht's exterior combines practicality with comfort, ensuring a pleasant experience for all on board.

Interior Design

Upon entering the main deck, guests are welcomed by a bar area equipped with essential amenities such as a fridge, making it ideal for serving snacks and drinks. Adjacent to the bar, the stern area features a versatile lounging space that can be converted into an alfresco dining salon, providing a shaded, open-air environment for relaxation.

Inside, the main salon offers a neutral color palette that caters to diverse tastes, making it suitable for various clients, including those interested in chartering the yacht. Comfortable sofas provide ample seating, while a pop-up TV allows the space to transform into a private cinema. Large, full-height windows surround the salon, offering panoramic views and an abundance of natural light.

The indoor dining area accommodates up to eight guests around an oval table, complemented by monogram art pieces and wooden serving areas. The galley, located nearby, is well-appointed with generous-sized fridges, a built-in Miele coffee station, and ample space to fulfill any culinary needs. A crew lounge with a TV and comfortable seating ensures that crew members also have a functional space to relax..

Accommodation

Von B offers comfortable and well-appointed accommodation for up to 10 guests across five staterooms. The owner's suite is located on the main deck. This full-beam master cabin benefits from three skylights, allowing an abundance of natural light to flood the space. The suite features large windows on both sides, enhancing the spacious and airy atmosphere. Inside, the suite includes a vanity with mirrors, a recessed television, and mood lighting. The ensuite bathroom is equipped with teak flooring, large mirrors, and marble accents, providing a stylish and functional space.

On the lower deck, there are four guest cabins. Two of these are VIP cabins, each featuring queen-size beds and large windows for natural light. These cabins also have air conditioning, portholes for fresh air, TVs, and vanity desks. Each VIP cabin includes a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom with teak flooring and marble details.

The remaining two guest cabins can be configured as either twin or queen beds at the touch of a button. These cabins also come equipped with TVs, vanity desks, and ensuite bathrooms with showers.

She is also capable of carrying up to 5 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.

Performance & Capabilities

Powered by twin diesel MTU (12V 2000 M96L) 2,637hp engines, motor yacht Von B is capable of reaching a top speed of 22 knots, and comfortably cruises at 17 knots. With her 14,500 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 1,200 nautical miles at 10 knots. Her semi-displacement hull design means she offers a great balance of space and speed.
