Operating with head offices based in the Vlissingen City yard, the new division will produce yachts in over 35 shipyards around the world.
Currently marking a decade in the yachting sector, the Dutch shipbuilders have continually shown their worth within the industry and are preparing to deliver their biggest yet full custom Amels superyacht in 2021.
A total of 20 vessels are currently on their books, including a range of refits plus six vessels up for completion in 2020.
