Damen Yachting
Damen Yachting, introduced by the Damen Shipyard Group in 2020, serves as an umbrella brand, encompassing diverse strands of operations within the yachting sector of the marine industry.
Under the Damen Yachting brand, prospective buyers can explore a range of offerings, including the renowned superyacht marque Amels, the Yacht Support series of utility vessels (introduced in 2010), the SeaXplorer brand of expedition yachts (launched in 2015), and Damen’s superyacht refitting business.
Operating from the largest luxury yacht-building shipyard in The Netherlands, Damen Yachting boasts a workforce of 500, with its headquarters situated in Vlissingen at the southwestern end of the Dutch delta. Additional production facilities are strategically located in Antalya, Turkey, Gydnia, Poland, and Galați, Romania. Furthermore, Damen Yachting has access to 35 other shipbuilding and repair yards worldwide within the Damen group, offering an extensive selection of new and used Damen yachts for sale.
Remaining a family-run business, Damen Shipyard Group's Yachting division is led by Managing Director Rose Damen. The division delivers new superyachts at an impressive rate of around six or seven per annum, showcasing a commitment to quality, innovation, and a rich maritime legacy.
