Enterprise is a 38.07m motor yacht delivered by Italian shipyard Baglietto in 2022. Her naval architecture and interior design comes from the drawing boards of Baglietto, while Francesco Paszkowski Design is responsible for her exterior design.

Design & Construction
Designed around a fast displacement aluminium hull and superstructure she features a 8.8m beam and a 2m draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 447 GT (Gross Tonnes).
Launched in May 2022 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months. She was delivered to her owners in July 2022.
Exterior Design
Enterprise's prominent vertical bow projects strength and forward momentum while accommodating the owner's suite on the main deck. The silver hull, accented by dark, vertical windows, imparts a sleek appearance, complemented by a matte black mast and a sundeck that extends generously aft.
Crafted to strike a balance between an explorer's robust build and a luxury yacht's comfort, Enterprise exhibits a significant beam of 8.8 meters. This wide design permits an expansive interior volume within the 38-meter hull length. The sundeck, a substantial part of the yacht's outdoor space, is a key element, featuring a glass-sided spa pool as a central attraction, providing swimmers with the illusion of hovering over the sea. The pool is complemented by a well-equipped wet bar and versatile seating arrangements, all designed to cater to social gatherings and private relaxation with ease.
The yacht's upper structure is notable for its utilization of space without side decks, allowing the owner's accommodations and the upper saloon to extend across the full beam. The result is unobstructed, spacious living areas that maximize the yacht's considerable width. The bridge deck aft is home to the primary al fresco dining space, while the lower deck incorporates a fold-out hydraulic platform that extends the beach club's functionality, enhancing the connection with the water.
Interior Design
The main saloon is a central gathering space, characterized by a warm color palette complemented by cooler accents of stainless steel. Glossy surfaces throughout the vessel create a modern and comfortable atmosphere, akin to a sophisticated sea-bound residence.
Materials play a significant role in defining the interior spaces. Woven metal encased within glass is utilized to form decorative panels, adding both depth and texture, particularly noticeable in the owner's private areas. Joinery work features walnut-stained eucalyptus from Tabu, selected for its lighter tone and sustainable availability compared to denser woods.
Jonathan Browning-designed lighting elements enhance the ambiance, while large windows ensure that daylight floods interior spaces, emphasizing the openness of the design.
The galley is expansive, occupying a 14.2-square-meter area that includes three refrigerators and freezers, twin dishwashers, and an oven/hob unit suitable for professional catering. A dumb-waiter system services three decks, ensuring efficient transport of dishes and supplies between the galley and other areas of the yacht, such as the sundeck. Automatic doors in the galley streamline movement and service, particularly during social gatherings.
Accommodation
Accommodations on Enterprise are thoughtfully crafted to provide a luxurious and private experience for up to 12 guests. Housing includes four well-appointed guest cabins, each designed with attention to detail and guest comfort in mind. On the lower deck, two twin guest cabins feature an additional Pullman berth, ensuring ample space for family and friends.
The centerpiece of the Enterprise's accommodation is the owner's suite, located on the main deck. This full-beam cabin spans over 45 square meters and is defined by its expansive floor-to-ceiling windows that invite natural light to accentuate the suite's elegant design elements. The adjoining owner's ensuite bathroom is dressed in pristine white onyx and offers a tranquil retreat for the yacht's discerning owner.
Enterprise's commitment to guest comfort extends to the crew with well-planned quarters situated on the lower deck. These accommodations are designed to house a crew of six, ensuring that every aspect of the yacht's operation is managed with professionalism and precision. The layout ensures clear separation from guest areas, allowing for privacy and efficiency.
Performance & Capabilities
The yacht Enterprise, constructed by the esteemed shipyard Baglietto, is a vessel of notable capability and performance. Engineered for both power and endurance, the yacht is propelled by twin Caterpillar C32 ACERT engines, which afford it a robust top speed of 18 knots. At a cruising speed of 12 knots, Enterprise demonstrates both efficiency and a significant range of 3,000 nautical miles, thanks to its substantial fuel capacity of 55,170 liters.
Key to the operational excellence of Enterprise is its mechanical infrastructure, which includes a pair of CAT C4.4 generators, each rated at 99kW, ensuring reliable and sustained energy supply for all on-board systems and amenities during extended voyages. This technical prowess is matched by a thoughtfully designed stabilizing system that maintains comfort and stability, regardless of sea conditions, enhancing the on-board experience for guests and crew alike.
Amenities
The yacht features a well-equipped gym, allowing her guests to keep up their fitness regimes at sea. In addition, adjoining the water, a beach club lets those on board enjoy the feeling of being close to the sea. Air conditioning offers increased on-board comfort. The sundeck is the social hub of the yacht, with a deck jacuzzi for cooling off and an inviting spread of sunpads.
