The 91' motor yacht Notynog was delivered to her owners in 2022 by Italian shipyard Sanlorenzo. Her naval architecture and exterior design comes from the drawing boards of Zuccon, while Marty Lowe is responsible for her interior design.

Key Features

  • Hi-lo swim platform
  • Split-level owner suite
  • Asymmetric deck design
  • Retractable flybridge hardtop

Design & Construction

Designed around a planing GRP hull and superstructure she features a 21'4" beam and a 6'4" draft. The yacht is built over 2 decks with an internal volume of 95 GT (Gross Tonnes).

She was delivered to her owners in May 2022.

Exterior Design

Notynog is a Sanlorenzo 92A, presented for the first time at the Palm Beach Boat Show 2025. One of the standout features on deck is the spacious swim platform, engineered to immerse completely into the water. Fittings are integrated to secure a jet ski, and a tender is stored behind a door on the aft deck, which can be deployed directly onto the submerged platform. This arrangement offers a safer, more efficient method of launching and retrieving watercraft, an approach increasingly favoured by shipyards.

The yacht's exterior lines highlight Sanlorenzo’s asymmetric design, the "A" in 92A. On one side of the yacht, the traditional side deck is absent, replaced instead by internal steps leading up to the flybridge. On the opposite side, a single side deck runs along the yacht. This asymmetric layout enhances privacy and movement flow, creating distinct zones for guests.

On the flybridge, features include a barbecue grill, a sunbathing area, a covered seating space, and a dining area, all sheltered beneath a hardtop with a retractable panel. The exterior helm is positioned here too, offering excellent visibility. It's a layout designed to let guests either join the captain during navigation or relax independently.

On the foredeck, seating provides a private spot to sit with friends, while steps lead directly up to the flybridge, encouraging easy movement between exterior areas.

Interior Design

The asymmetric layout is immediately noticeable inside. The main salon benefits from the shifted superstructure, creating more space for an indoor dining area and a cosy lounge. On the port side, the bulwark runs close against the structure, freeing up room inside without sacrificing external aesthetics.

Italian design influences are clear throughout, with elegant furnishings and thoughtfully crafted spaces. In the galley, access is via the starboard side. It's surprisingly generous for a 28m (92ft) yacht, comfortably fitting three people. Well-equipped and practical, it serves as a functional hub for crew operations. Throughout the yacht, large windows and open stairwells ensure natural light floods the interior, creating a bright, spacious feel.

Accommodation

Notynog can accommodate up to 8 guests across 4 cabins and carries 4 crew in 2 cabins.

The owner’s suite is a highlight, featuring a sizeable bedroom with the television discreetly hidden behind a mirror. Unlike many yachts of this size, the design opts for a split-level layout instead of full-height windows, making room for an exquisite bathroom finished in marble. The bathroom includes a large shower and a window that draws in natural light. A separate, spacious dressing room maximises onboard storage, with additional thoughtful touches such as towel shelves.

Guest accommodation consists of three further cabins. The VIP suite is well-sized, including a desk, good storage, and an ensuite bathroom. Two additional guest cabins are similarly well-appointed, with stylish Italian details like round bedside cabinets and ensuite bathrooms. The asymmetrical layout breaks away from traditional mirrored guest cabin arrangements, giving each guest a sense of individuality and comfort.

Crew accommodation is located aft and is accessed via the starboard side near the galley. There are two crew cabins, each sleeping two crew members, making space for a total of four. The crew quarters include a shower cubicle, and a snug crew mess. The arrangement suits both short stays and extended cruising periods.

Performance & Capabilities

Powered by twin diesel MTU (12V 2000 M96L) 1,973hp engines running at 2450rpm, motor yacht Notynog is capable of reaching a top speed of 29 knots, and comfortably cruises at 25 knots. With her 2,378 gallon fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 1,100 nautical miles at an economic speed of 10 knots. Her planing hull design means she is fast and efficient as she slices through the water.
