Construction started in late 2020. The yacht was designed and constructed in compliance with the Lloyds Register technical standards. Launched in May 2022 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months. She was delivered to her owners in July 2022.

Exterior Design

The sun deck is the pinnacle of outdoor leisure on this vessel. Aft, guests can lounge on generous sunbeds or gather around a versatile table that can be reconfigured to suit the needs of a lively social gathering or an intimate alfresco dining experience. The table's innovative design allows it to be secured to the periphery or centered, depending on the occasion. A nearby serving area, complete with ice makers and refrigeration units, ensures refreshments are always within reach. Above, the technical array, including radar and navigation lights, blends into the yacht’s sleek profile.

One deck down, the upper deck offers another expansive area for relaxation and entertainment. Sheltered dining arrangements provide a comfortable space to enjoy meals with panoramic views, while serveries on either side enhance the functionality of this outdoor venue. The yacht's meticulous sound system envelops guests in their chosen ambiance throughout these exterior spaces.

The aft deck presents a striking jacuzzi, almost rivaling the dimensions of a swimming pool, seamlessly integrated into the yacht's design. This area serves as a prelude to the main salon and provides an additional lounge space where guests can indulge in the scenic backdrop.

Further enhancing the yacht's connection with the sea, the bathing platform serves as a multifaceted space from which various water activities can be launched. The platform is engineered to pivot and align with the waterline, providing effortless access to the tenders and jet skis situated on the bow.

The beach club area, situated at water level, offers an inviting retreat with amenities such as a television and refrigeration, perfect for casual gatherings or enjoying a film by the sea. An adjoining steam room and shower, along with a convenient day head, cater to guest comfort and convenience. Additional features like the drop-down balcony facilitate easy boarding from tenders, emphasizing the yacht's thoughtful consideration for guest experiences.

On the bow, the tender garage is equipped with a robust crane for handling tenders and jet skis, while the well-engineered anchoring system underscores the yacht's commitment to both safety and self-reliance at sea.

PrivateGG's sun deck merges adaptable dining, lounging, and sleek design for top-tier outdoor leisure.

Interior Design

The upper deck saloon is configured as a cinema area, complete with a large screen and a comfortable seating arrangement. This versatile space can be adapted to suit the preferences of the owner or guests aboard.

A noteworthy feature within the saloon is the hidden pantry, accessible through a powered opening. Equipped with a wine cooler and a dumbwaiter connected to the galley below, this area serves as an efficient junction for the preparation and service of food and beverages to the cinema room or other parts of the yacht.

The wheelhouse aboard PrivateGG is complete with state-of-the-art navigational and monitoring equipment, including paperless charts and various control systems. The space is designed for practical use, with seating arranged not immediately by the steering wheel but rather in a position that allows for easy monitoring of the yacht's course once autopilot is engaged.

Adjacent to the wheelhouse is a dedicated area housing the yacht's AV and internet servers, ensuring that maintenance and updates can occur without intrusion into the guest spaces. The captain's cabin, situated nearby, includes an en suite and shower, alongside monitoring systems for additional oversight of the yacht's operations.

The main deck saloon offers a spacious and welcoming area for guests, with accessibility from the aft deck. This saloon is designed with a clear demarcation of space for crew operations, located on the port side of the yacht for efficient service and minimal disturbance to guests.

Throughout the interior, guests will find day heads conveniently located on each deck, ensuring comfort and accessibility. The yacht also features an array of storage solutions, including areas for wine storage and various other provisions. The owner's cabin on the main deck includes a personal seating area, a desk space conducive to work or study, and a generously proportioned bedroom area. The en suite facilities feature a shared central shower accessible from two separate areas, each with its own toilet and bidet.

In addition to the practical design elements, the yacht's interior is characterized by a selection of high-quality materials and subtle color schemes that create an atmosphere of understated elegance. The lighting throughout the yacht is carefully considered, offering different settings for day and night modes to enhance the ambiance as required.

Storage is a significant focus within the design of PrivateGG, with the owner's suite boasting a walk-in wardrobe that activates lighting upon entry, demonstrating attention to detail in every aspect of the yacht's design. The use of illuminated wardrobes in guest cabins also speaks to the consideration given to both aesthetics and functionality.

Accommodation

Accommodation aboard PrivateGG is designed to provide an exceptional experience for 10 guests, with a focus on comfort and privacy. The yacht is equipped to accommodate guests in a series of well-appointed five cabins, each boasting its own unique character.

The owner's suite is located on the main deck and spans the full width of the yacht and includes a spacious bedroom, a private seating area, and a dedicated office space, making it a perfect retreat for the owner. The suite features two en-suite bathrooms, each with its own bidet, toilet, and shared central shower. The suite is further complemented by a large dressing room with ample storage options.

Below the main deck, PrivateGG offers additional accommodation in four guest cabins. These cabins are beautifully decorated and come with their own en-suite facilities, providing guests with a comfortable and private living space. Each cabin is equipped with wardrobes and subtle lighting, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Two of the cabins are slightly larger and feature walk-in wardrobes, giving guests ample space to store their belongings.

Crew quarters are designed to ensure that all onboard staff have their own comfortable and functional living areas, allowing them to maintain the highest levels of service. Located on a separate deck, the crew accommodation includes five cabins, capable of housing up to ten crew members in addition to the captain's cabin by the bridge. Each crew cabin is outfitted with necessary amenities, including en-suite facilities and storage space.

The captain's cabin includes an en-suite bathroom and shower, providing the captain with a private and restful space. The crew mess area is a communal space with its own galley facilities, a fridge freezer, a television, and an operating system for the ship. There is also a separate laundry room equipped with professional washers and dryers, ensuring all onboard linens and uniforms can be efficiently managed.

Safety is paramount aboard PrivateGG, with various emergency accesses, including a hatch in the crew area that leads directly to the deck, providing additional escape routes in case of an emergency. The thoughtful layout of the crew area allows for discreet service routes, with direct access to the guest areas, upper deck, side deck, and main saloon dining area.
