Columbus Yachts sells 50m custom superyacht ‘Project Lady’

The Italian yard has announced the sale of the full custom yacht which has a strong focus on sustainability and the environment.

With silhouetted renderings showing sporty aggressive lines, Columbus Yachts have revealed that 50m ‘Project Lady’ will be built for a client who is ‘highly sensitive to the environment’.

As part of the Owner's ambitions, it has also been revealed that the 499GRT superyacht will lead the way with several eco-friendly innovations.

"It will be a reference point on the market for technology dedicated to environmental impact and comfort on board” said Marco Casali of Too-Design, responsible for the overall design. “The sleek lines emphasize its performance and combine perfectly with the large outdoor spaces. The interior design, rigorously based on natural and ecological materials, is primarily conceived for private use and for long voyages around the world”.

Intended for private use and long voyages, Project Lady features a touch-and-go helipad, large swimming pool and expansive outdoor spaces across her four decks.

The styling, both interior and exterior, was penned by Marco Casali, whilst Palumbo Superyachts are responsible for naval architecture.

Project Lady will be an all-aluminium construction and is expected to be delivered in 2022.

This is an innovative, dynamic, cutting-edge project that fully reflects the essential principles ​​of the Columbus brand.
