Anticipating to seal the deal by mid-December 2023, the new property will allow Grand Banks to extend its service options, with the facility being so close to the main headquarters.
Adding an extension 1,208sqm of land to the pre-existing facility at Stuart, Grand Banks will now be able to berth an extra nine yachts on the water, primed and ready to introduce to visiting clients.
With the original Grand Banks headquarters in Stuart spanning 1,115sqm, the facility is effectively doubling in size, making it easier to not only cater towards the yacht building side of the brand, but also to the maintenance services too.
Currently serving as a headquarters for Grand Banks, Palm Beach, and Eastbay, the Stuart facility will now look to expand its customer services, stating the brand wants to work on "enhancing the after-sales initiative" to ensure that all owners can get the after sales support and maintenance services they need at the new extended facility.
The shipyard has not yet revealed whether there are any plans to update or reconfigure the layout now the facility is extending, but if you're on the market to buy a classic style yacht, start finding inspiration by taking a look at the fleet of Grand Banks yachts for sale.
