Delivered in 2009, Baracuda is a 50m sail yacht built by Italian shipyard Perini Navi. Her interior design and exterior styling comes from the drawing boards of Perini Navi, while Ron Holland Design is responsible for her naval architecture.

Design & Construction

Designed around an aluminium hull and superstructure she features a 10.52m beam and a 9.79m draft. The yacht is built over 2 decks with an internal volume of 410 GT (Gross Tonnes).

Construction started in early 2006. Launched in October 2008 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months. She was delivered to her owners in December 2008.

Accommodation

Baracuda offers accommodation for up to 10 guests in 5 suites comprising an owners cabin, 2 VIP cabins and 2 twin cabins. She is also capable of carrying up to 8 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.

Performance & Capabilities

Powered by twin diesel Caterpillar (3412E) 12-cylinder 951hp engines running at 2200rpm, motor yacht Baracuda is capable of reaching a top speed of 14 knots, and comfortably cruises at 12 knots. With her 40,000 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 4,837 nautical miles.
