- Alfresco dining on the upper deck
- Generously sized swim platform
- Inspired by Eastern design trends
Design & Construction
Designed around a full displacement steel hull and an aluminium superstructure she features a 9.7m beam and a 3.5m draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 679 GT (Gross Tonnes).
The yacht was designed and constructed in compliance with the Lloyds Register technical standards.
Exterior Design
The exterior design of Pegasus features a raked bow and is constructed with a teak deck. The hull and superstructure are both painted white, offering a clean and consistent appearance. The boot top is highlighted in yellow, while below the waterline, the color transitions to black. This straightforward color scheme emphasizes simplicity and functionality.
On the sundeck, a large Jacuzzi invites guests to unwind while taking in the scenic Mediterranean views. The upper deck features an alfresco dining area, ideal for enjoying meals outdoors. For sun enthusiasts, there are ample spots to lounge and soak up the rays. Additionally, the yacht is equipped with various tenders and toys to keep guests entertained. For those seeking shade, biminis are available to provide a cooler experience when needed.
Boarding Pegasus can be accomplished via a conventional side ladder or an aft passerelle. The preferred method, however, is through the large teak-decked stern platform, which hinges down from the transom. This platform serves multiple purposes, functioning as a dock, swimming platform, and fishing station. It is equipped with a built-in mount for a fighting chair and opens into an area with bait and catch freezers, a live-bait tank, and storage for fishing and diving gear.
Interior Design
Pegasus features an interior design inspired by Eastern trends, combining comfort with style. The main salon serves as the social hub, furnished with an assortment of sofas and seating areas. Entertainment options include a television that rises from a central cabinet and a projector with a giant screen for movie nights, supported by a surround-sound system.
The upper lounge functions as a versatile space. By day, it can be configured as a conference center with a large central boardroom table and several smaller discussion areas. In the evening, the space transforms into a gaming lounge.
The galley, situated on the upper deck, is equipped to supply food for a large number of guests. It includes food lifts to transport dishes between decks efficiently. The bridge, also finished in mahogany and vavonna, features a cream observation settee and is designed for practical navigation.
The gymnasium is another highlight of the interior, equipped with all necessary gear in a bright and airy setting. This space is designed to meet fitness needs while offering a comfortable environment for exercise.
Accommodation
Pegasus offers accommodation for up to 12 guests in 6 suites. The owner's suite is located at the forward part of the main deck and spans the full width of the yacht. This spacious suite includes two double beds and a comfortable seating area. The owner's bathroom is particularly striking, featuring countertops of rare Afghan lapis lazuli set against vibrant ice-blue Norwegian marble.
Three of the guest cabins are designed for maximum flexibility, each equipped with a double berth, a single bed, and an additional fold-out Pullman berth. These cabins provide ample space and comfort, accommodating various guest configurations.
A larger VIP cabin is situated on the opposite side of the corridor. This cabin includes a desk, a convertible settee, a double bed, and a large bathroom with a steam shower and bath.
The crew quarters are located on the lower deck forward of the engine room and include six cabins. Four of these cabins have three berths each, while the remaining two cabins have two berths each. The crew quarters are complemented by a spacious crew mess room and a fully equipped laundry facility, ensuring that all operational needs are met efficiently and comfortably.
