Design & Construction
Designed around a semi-displacement GRP hull and superstructure she features a 7.6m beam and a 2m draft. The yacht is built over 2 decks with an internal volume of 130 GT (Gross Tonnes).
She was completed at Sanlorenzo's Viareggio yard in Italy where she was commissioned and delivered to her owners.
Exterior Design
Upon boarding via the passerelle, you'll notice the spacious bathing platform, designed for easy access to the water. The aft deck features a large covered area with a long overhang providing ample shade. There is also practical storage space for cleaning equipment and deck gear.
The exterior areas are designed with flexibility in mind. For instance, the aft deck can be opened up with triple sliding doors, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor spaces. Moving forward, the yacht offers a variety of routes leading to different sections, including the crew area, owner's cabin, and outdoor decks.
The upper deck includes an outdoor dining area, which is elevated to maintain privacy when docked in harbors. Large floor-to-ceiling windows offer an abundance of natural light and can be opened for an alfresco dining experience.
The foredeck is another notable feature, providing a quiet spot for relaxation with expansive views. The sunbeds are designed for comfort, and the area is sufficiently spacious for multiple guests.
The yacht also includes practical elements such as anchor handling equipment and bollards for securing the vessel. The upper structures house essential navigation and communication equipment, including satellite domes, radar, and GPS antennas.
Interior Design
The interior design of Stone Hills embodies a blend of functionality and aesthetic appeal, characterized by high-quality materials and thoughtful customization options. Upon entering through the triple sliding doors, the main salon welcomes you with an ambiance of understated elegance. The owner has opted for high gloss finishes on the wood, which contrasts tastefully with the matte surfaces, providing a balanced visual effect. The space features a piano instead of a bar, highlighting the owner's preference for a personalized touch. Art pieces adorn the walls, and a retractable TV serves both entertainment and practical needs. A desk area offers a functional workspace, seamlessly integrated into the design.
The galley is equipped with top-tier Miele appliances, including multiple ovens, a dishwasher, and extensive refrigeration. The dumb waiter system allows for efficient food service to the upper deck. The galley also serves as a central hub for meal preparation, featuring an extractor fan and ample storage for crockery and kitchen essentials.
The helm is designed with a minimalist approach, focusing on functionality and ease of navigation. Multi-function displays provide all necessary information, while the MTU engine controls, bow and stern thrusters, and autopilot systems ensure smooth operation. The bridge also includes a FLIR camera system for enhanced night vision and security.
Accommodation
Stone Hills comfortably accommodates up to eight guests across its well-appointed cabins. The yacht features a spacious owner's suite located on the main deck. This suite is designed with privacy and comfort in mind, offering large windows for natural light and serene views. It includes a dressing area, ample storage, and an ensuite bathroom equipped with twin sinks and a separate shower area.
On the lower deck, guests can enjoy the VIP guest cabin, which spans the full beam of the yacht. This cabin includes a walk-in wardrobe, ensuite bathroom, and a TV discreetly hidden behind a mirror. Additionally, there are two more guest cabins on the lower deck, each fitted with ensuite facilities and ample storage.
The crew quarters are efficiently designed to ensure the smooth operation of Stone Hills. Accommodating up to five crew members, the quarters include three cabins: one for the captain with a single bed and two cabins with bunk beds. Each cabin includes an ensuite bathroom. The crew area is also equipped with a mess area, laundry facilities, and CCTV monitoring for enhanced security and operational efficiency.
