The award winning 52.8m motor yacht Friendship was delivered to her owners in 2000 by Dutch shipyard Oceanco. Her interior design and exterior styling comes from the drawing boards of The A Group, while Richard Hein is responsible for her naval architecture.

Design & Construction

Designed around a full displacement steel hull and an aluminium superstructure she features a 9.4m beam and a 3.8m draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 643 GT (Gross Tonnes).

The yacht was designed and constructed in compliance with the Lloyds Register technical standards.

Accommodation

Friendship offers accommodation for up to 12 guests in 6 suites comprising an owners cabin located on the main deck, 3 double cabins and 2 twin cabins. She is also capable of carrying up to 12 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.

Performance & Capabilities

Powered by twin diesel MTU (12V 396 TE74) 1,750hp engines, motor yacht Friendship is capable of reaching a top speed of 16 knots, and comfortably cruises at 14 knots. With her 110,880 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 5,100 nautical miles at an economic speed of 11 knots. She has been fitted with stabilizers to increase on-board comfort when the yacht is at anchor, particularly in rough waters.

Amenities

A gym with all the latest equipment allows her guests to keep their workout routines while at sea. Air conditioning offers increased on-board comfort. Friendship also features a deck jacuzzi for cooling off.
