New flagship ‘Superfly’ Ferretti 1000 hits water

Ferretti Yacht’s largest-ever build has been delivered to her French Owner and is the first of three hulls already sold by the Italian builder.

Ferretti Yachts has announced its first flagship Ferretti Yachts 1000 has hit the water in Cattolica for her French owner.

With a brief that was focused on delivering unparalleled comfort and wellbeing in both outdoor and indoor areas the 30.48m (100ft) yacht is the latest incarnation of what we are calling the Superfly and is a collaboration between Ferretti, architect Filippo Salvetti and Ideaeitalia who penned the interior concept.

The shipyard’s first 100% wide-body vessel means not just more usable space for guests, but also an easy-to-use layout when on board.

Marking a new style based on simple and clean-cut forms the Ferretti Yachts 1000 features a beautifully understated design, sleek lines, sophisticated materials and plenty of quintessential Italian elegance.

She provides accommodation for ten guests in a five-cabin layout which includes a large main deck Owner’s suite.
