Key Features

  • Dramatic two-deck spiral staircase
  • Expansive main salon with panoramic windows
  • Five staterooms, exclusive owner's suite
  • Luxurious interior, 17 types of stone

Design & Construction

Designed around a displacement aluminium hull and superstructure she features a 9.6m beam and a 2.2m draft. The yacht is built over 4 decks with an internal volume of 765 GT (Gross Tonnes).

Exterior Design

The signature "F" prominently displayed on the bow speaks to the heritage of the Feadship shipyard, while the stacked decks present a bold profile on the water. The large vertical windows are a defining feature, offering panoramic views and flooding the interior spaces with natural light.

Acta's shallow draft is a practical aspect of her design, enabling her to navigate shallow waters with ease. This capability ensures that guests can explore a wider range of destinations without compromise. Quantum Zero Speed Stabilizers are incorporated into the yacht's design, providing guests with a stable and comfortable experience, even when the yacht is at anchor.

Onboard, the exterior spaces are thoughtfully arranged to maximize the enjoyment of the marine environment. The main deck aft is designed for casual alfresco dining, allowing guests to savor their meals while taking in the scenery. The bridge deck further enhances the outdoor living experience with additional dining options and four sun loungers, perfect for relaxation and socializing.

Acta's interior spaces are designed to facilitate both entertainment and relaxation, with a focus on quality materials and practical elegance.

Interior Design

A variety of woods including black walnut, sycamore, eucalyptus, and myrtle burl are used throughout the vessel, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere that is both sophisticated and inviting. This palette of woods is complemented by the application of seventeen different types of granites and marble, each chosen for its quality and appearance, which contribute to the yacht's distinguished interior landscape.

The main salon of Acta is notable for its spacious layout, offering ample seating with two couches and four armchairs, catering to the comfort of its guests. The space is enhanced by custom Tai Ping carpets and silk panels, featuring rich teal and blue hues that subtly reference the surrounding sea.

In the main foyer, guests are greeted by a dramatic spiral staircase that spans two decks, designed to take advantage of the natural light streaming in through the expansive vertical windows. The staircase serves not only as a functional element but also as a focal point of the yacht's interior architecture.

The four-person circular elevator is another remarkable feature of Acta's design, showcasing intricate marble inlays that mimic a Koi pond. This elevator, alongside the fish-scale wood flooring, demonstrates the attention to detail and the commitment to merging aesthetics with function.

The formal dining area is positioned forward of the main salon and is surrounded by large wraparound windows, ensuring that guests can enjoy meals with a view. The dining space is centered around a 12-person oval table, providing an ideal setting for formal dining occasions.

For more casual moments, the Club Lounge offers a comfortable environment with 270-degree views, navy blue armchairs, and etched glass doors. The choice of materials and the careful consideration given to the placement of each feature contribute to an ambiance that is luxurious yet understated.

Wi-Fi and modern amenities are integrated throughout the yacht, ensuring that guests remain connected and comfortable during their time on board.

Accommodation

Accommodations aboard Acta are designed to provide an exceptional stay for up to ten guests. The yacht features five staterooms, each tailored to meet the highest standards.

The bridge deck is devoted to the owner's suite, a sanctuary for the principal that encompasses the full width of the yacht. This exclusive space boasts 180-degree views, which invite an abundance of natural light into the area. The owner's suite includes a private deck, which serves as a serene retreat for relaxation or intimate dining, away from the eyes of other guests or crew.

On the lower deck, guest accommodations consist of two king-size double cabins and two twin cabins. Each cabin is appointed with its own distinct character, yet all maintain a consistent level of sophistication and comfort. These cabins are equal in size and amenities, ensuring that every guest experiences the same standards.

Craftsmanship is evident in the detailing of the staterooms, with fine woods and custom finishes that create an atmosphere of warmth and elegance. The lower deck cabins are conveniently situated to afford easy access and privacy for all guests staying onboard.

Crew accommodation is also well-appointed, designed to house the team of up to 11 who are dedicated to maintaining the yacht’s operations and ensuring the comfort of all guests.
