Plan A is a 130'1" open yacht for sale delivered by Italian shipyard Mangusta in 2007. Her naval architecture and interior design comes from the drawing boards of Mangusta, while Stefano Righini is responsible for her exterior design.

Design & Construction
Designed around a planing GRP hull and superstructure she features a 25'6" beam and a 4'5" draft. The yacht has an internal volume of 265 GT (Gross Tonnes).
Construction started in early 2006. This was the tenth yacht built on the Mangusta 130 design. She was delivered to her owners in July 2007.
Exterior Design
The exterior design of the yacht Plan A has a classic Mangusta profile, featuring a white hull and superstructure accented by a black bootstrap and a pinstripe above. This sleek silhouette is easily recognizable, capturing attention with its sporty and modern lines.
The aft deck is spacious, designed with practicality and versatility in mind. It includes a comfortable lounging area with a retractable shade and a central dining table suitable for gatherings. Two discreet lockers at the back provide storage for water toys, while a dedicated tender garage houses a 16' Castoldi tender for easy transitions from yacht to shore.
Moving to the foredeck, the Mangusta design is evident in the streamlined superstructure and forward-angled stanchions, hinting at the yacht's impressive performance capabilities. This area includes a large sunpad and seating, offering a comfortable spot for taking in scenic views.
Interior Design
Plan A's salon, a central feature of the yacht, is designed to maximize natural light, enhancing the atmosphere created by the collaboration between Earlcrown of London and the shipyard. High gloss wenge wood and chrome finishes contribute to a modern and warm environment. The seating arrangement on either side of the salon is set up to facilitate relaxation and conversation, while the formal dining table is positioned for convenience, providing an option for a sophisticated dining experience with the capability for open-sky meals, thanks to the sliding roof.
Accommodation
Plan A offers accommodation for up to 10 guests in 5 suites comprising an owners cabin, 1 VIP cabin, 2 double cabins and 1 twin cabin.
On the lower deck, the full-beam master stateroom spans the entire width of the yacht. It features light, neutral tones and incorporates modern comforts such as an integrated TV, a cozy sofa, and a spacious en suite bathroom finished in premium Italian marble.
In addition to the master stateroom, Plan A accommodates guests in four more cabins, tailored to host up to 12 guests with ease. The guest cabins include a large forward VIP stateroom, two double staterooms, and a four-bunk cabin. Each cabin is well-appointed with exquisite finishes and materials consistent with the rest of the yacht, and all feature sizable en suite bathrooms with Italian marble detailing.
The crew is housed in quarters located aft, designed to ensure efficient and comfortable living. This area accommodates seven to eight crew members across four separate cabins and includes amenities such as a well-equipped galley and a laundry area, supporting operations on board.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel MTU (16V 4000 M90) 16-cylinder 3,642hp engines, motor yacht Plan A is capable of reaching a top speed of 32 knots, and comfortably cruises at 25 knots. Her planing hull design means she is fast and efficient as she slices through the water.
