Design & Construction
Designed around a displacement steel hull and an aluminium superstructure she features a 42'4" beam and a 12'6" draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 1,890 GT (Gross Tonnes).
Construction started in mid 2017. The yacht was designed and constructed in compliance with the Lloyds Register technical standards. Launched in December 2019 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months. She was delivered to her owners in May 2020.
Exterior Design
Arrow has a a silhouette that is instantly recognizable, boasting a sharply raked bow and a low profile that cleverly integrates tender garages forward.
The exterior design of Arrow is marked by its S-shaped hull line, which has been given a sharp, contemporary edge through enhanced 3D modeling. This approach not only accentuates its strong shoulder line but also gives Arrow a distinctive, arrow-like stance on the water, befitting her name. The yacht's profile is further distinguished by its glass bulwarks on each deck, providing unobstructed views and an invisible barrier that merges seamlessly with the ocean beyond.
Arrow's sundeck offers a spa pool forward and an outdoor bar and lounge aft, with an enclosed gym nestled between the two. The bridge deck serves as the yacht's principal outdoor dining space, replete with additional lounging options.
The beach club area is a marvel of design innovation, opening on three sides and featuring a central dividing door that folds neatly into the surrounding structure, enhancing both aesthetics and functionality. This space transitions from a tranquil lounge during the day to a vibrant nightclub after sunset, underscored by the LED lighting system that can shift the mood at the touch of a button.
Interior Design
Upon entering the main saloon, one is greeted by a three-part division of space that caters to various moods and occasions. A formal seating area at the aft invites guests to unwind in elegance, while the central dining area boasts a stunning, sculptural bronze-look table base made of lightweight carbon fiber, supporting a hefty 250-kilogram glass top. This space is further accentuated by ambient lighting cleverly concealed within louvred walls and copper light pendants overhead that resemble the graceful form of swimming manta rays. At the fore, a casual cinema setup with a 100-inch screen presents an inviting lounge area for entertainment.
Furniture arrangements in the saloon have been carefully orchestrated to create an open and inviting atmosphere, with a focus on soft, curved forms that enhance the yacht's feminine appeal. The interior uses a palette of Macassar wood, light beige leathers, and a selection of loose cushions and furnishings that introduce pops of color and a modern edge. The main deck floors boast highly figured palisander wood, arranged in a striking 45-degree pattern, enhancing the sense of artistry and attention to detail that permeates throughout.
Arrow's onboard gym represents a pinnacle of personalized wellbeing. Wrapped in attractive teak and illuminated by sophisticated lighting, the space rivals that of an exclusive land-based residence. A cushioned oval yoga mat takes center stage, surrounded by state-of-the-art exercise equipment.
Accommodation
Accommodating up to 12 guests in six cabins, Arrow ensures each guest is enveloped in the embrace of luxury. The Owner's suite, a sanctuary of serenity and sophistication, is located forward on the main deck. It comprises a large office to starboard, a full-beam sleeping area, and a full-beam bath, all resonating with the yacht's overarching theme of oval shapes and contemporary elegance. There are curved ebony-framed walls and a recessed ceiling that enshrines a show-stopping Preciosa light fixture. The suite's stand out feature is a bath that is quite possibly the largest ever installed on a yacht, nestled within a space so quiet that it measures a mere 34dB.
Descending to the lower deck, guests will discover the harmoniously designed guest cabins, where almost identical layouts are uniquely distinguished by individual color schemes, lamps, and wall treatments, offering a personal touch to each private retreat. Two aft cabins feature the flexibility of hidden Pullman berths and can be transformed into a suite for parents with children or into a bunkhouse for a younger generation of seafarers, thanks to a cleverly placed pocket door. Additionally, a VIP cabin situated behind the bridge imbues a sense of elevated status, completing the array of guest accommodations that all exude Arrow's signature blend of contemporary design and rich, cozy atmospheres.
The yacht's lower decks provide for up to 19 crew members, ensuring seamless service and operation. The crew's quarters are designed with the same attention to detail that is evident throughout Arrow, featuring niceties such as a second crew lounge, a dedicated workout area, and ample storage to facilitate the highest standards of hospitality. The crew's circulation spaces are strategically placed to ensure that Arrow's esteemed guests enjoy uninterrupted peace and privacy.
