Delivered in 2011, Domus is a 86'11" motor yacht for sale built by Italian shipyard Filippetti Yacht. Her naval architecture and exterior design comes from the drawing boards of Filippetti Yacht, while Green & Mingarelli Design is responsible for her interior design.

Design & Construction
Designed around a displacement w/ bulbous bow GRP hull and superstructure she features a 23' beam and a 6'3" draft. The yacht is built over 2 decks with an internal volume of 180 GT (Gross Tonnes).
Exterior Design
DOMUS spans 26 metres and presents soft, rounded exterior lines paired with an eco-conscious displacement hull designed for efficiency and reduced emissions. With RINA Green Star Yacht certification, she meets high standards of environmental safety and quality.
Her expansive swim platform transforms hydraulically into a wide beach club - ideal for swimming, sunbathing, or launching water toys. The garage stores a tender up to 4 metres in length alongside a large jet ski and water sports gear, occupying a generous 20m³ volume. On the bow, a panoramic sundeck provides an open-air lounging area, while the cockpit offers a sociable seating space with sofas and a dining table.
The flybridge is accessible via stairs from both the cockpit and interior. Owners can choose between two configurations: an open version with a bar, sundeck, and dining area shaded by a bimini, or a closed version with a spacious lounge. The enclosed layout includes a kitchen, large bar, adjustable dining table, sliding glass doors aft, oversized windows, and a 2.5 x 2.5 metre retractable skylight that floods the space with light.
Sunbathing areas are also found aft, and throughout the exterior, there are multiple alfresco dining settings designed to make the most of warm evenings at sea.
Interior Design
Light is a major design feature aboard DOMUS, with oversized windows and signature portholes throughout. The main salon is arranged around a large L-shaped sofa, a television console, and a dining table with seating for ten. Décor has been carefully curated to enhance the sense of openness and relaxation, while glass doors connect this space to the aft cockpit, further merging indoor and outdoor areas.
The galley is positioned just above the salon and has a dedicated external entrance for crew. This professional-grade kitchen is paired with a pantry that houses additional refrigeration and freezer capacity.
Further above, the Sky Lounge acts as a panoramic indoor retreat. This enormous space includes generous glazing and folding doors, turning it into a social hub drenched in natural light with views in every direction.
Her helm station is located on the bridge deck, with excellent sightlines forward and to the sides, and easy internal access across decks.
Accommodation
DOMUS accommodates up to 8 guests across 4 beautifully appointed staterooms. The main deck is home to a sprawling owner’s suite occupying approximately 40% of the yacht’s volume. Elevated two steps above the salon, it offers privacy, views, and a clever layout that spans two levels. The upper section includes a forward-facing bed, dinette, TV lift with a 32-inch screen, and a 42-litre minibar. A private staircase leads down to a secondary level, comprising a bathroom with shower, sauna, storage, and a walk-in wardrobe.
On the lower deck, there are two VIP suites with king-sized beds and a twin guest cabin, each with en-suite bathrooms and wardrobes.
Crew quarters are accessed separately from the stern for complete discretion and include two cabins with twin bunks, a private galley, dining nook, and two en-suite bathrooms. This area can accommodate 3 to 4 crew members and is fully soundproofed to ensure restful nights for guests.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel Caterpillar (C18) 873hp engines, motor yacht Domus is capable of reaching a top speed of 15 knots, and comfortably cruises at 12 knots. With her 5,283 gallon fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 3,000 nautical miles at an economic speed of 10 knots.
