The 27.18m motor yacht Julianne was delivered to her owners in 2021 by American shipyard Outer Reef Yachts. Her interior design comes from the drawing boards of Destry Darr Designs, while Outer Reef Yachts is responsible for her naval architecture.

Design & Construction

Designed around a semi-displacement GRP hull and superstructure she features a 6.4m beam and a 1.75m draft. The yacht is built over 2 decks with an internal volume of 98 GT (Gross Tonnes).

She was delivered to her owners in November 2021.

Exterior Design

Julianne features a freestanding seating arrangement on the flybridge, complemented by benches along the sides. The flybridge, covered for protection from the elements, includes coolers, chillers for drinks, an ice maker, and ample storage space. The flybridge features Corian-topped seating areas, helm controls for easy docking, and a comprehensive flybridge helm with bow and stern thrusters, twin 18-inch Garmin displays, and multifunction displays.

Additional amenities include a gas grill, sink, refrigeration, and more storage. The aft section is designed for unobstructed views. The bathing platform is built to a substantial size, aligning with the 20-foot beam of the yacht. 

Julianne is predominantly white, including both the hull and superstructure, with black accents on the boot top and below the waterline. This classic color scheme gives the yacht a clean, timeless appearance. The yacht's raked bow design enhances its performance by cutting through the water efficiently.

Interior Design

The galley is designed with both utility and social interaction in mind. It features a domestic kitchen layout, complete with a center island that serves as a focal point for both cooking and conversation. High-end appliances, including a dishwasher, ensure that meal preparation and cleanup are efficient. The galley’s design is intended to make the space feel like a home kitchen, emphasizing comfort and ease of use. The main saloon exudes a sense of homeliness, with personalized fittings and a décor reminiscent of a Hamptons home.

The helm is dominated by three 22-inch Garmin displays, supplemented by an additional 18-inch Garmin screen. The polished steering wheel and clean layout ensure that all necessary controls are within easy reach. Watertight doors on both port and starboard sides provide quick access to the exterior, further enhancing operational efficiency.

Accommodation

Julianne is designed to accommodate a total of eight guests across four cabins. The main accommodation deck features a master stateroom with a full king-size bed, double closets, and a dressing room. The master bathroom is elegantly designed with Carrara marble floors and countertops, a walk-in shower, and intricate mother-of-pearl detailing.

In addition to the master suite, the yacht includes a twin guest cabin and an additional queen stateroom. Both guest cabins are furnished with Carrara marble in the en suites and have flat-screen TVs and ample storage space. The queen stateroom also features a small dressing area, providing added convenience and comfort.

Julianne is also capable of carrying up to four crew onboard. The crew area includes a cabin with double bunks and an en suite bathroom, as well as a separate captain's cabin with a full king-size bed and a walk-in shower.

Performance & Capabilities

Powered by twin diesel Caterpillar (C18 ACERT) 705hp engines, motor yacht Julianne is capable of reaching a top speed of 24 knots, and comfortably cruises at 22 knots. With her 13,249 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 3,000 nautical miles at 8 knots. Her semi-displacement hull design means she offers a great balance of space and speed.
