The 49.9m motor yacht Lady Ann Magee was delivered to her owners in 2001 by Italian shipyard Codecasa. Her naval architecture and exterior design comes from the drawing boards of Codecasa, while Della Role Design is responsible for her interior design.

Key Features

  • 5,500 nautical mile range
  • Extensive Sun Deck with spa pool
  • Enclosed cozy aft deck saloon
  • Spacious garage & crane

Design & Construction

Designed around a displacement steel hull and an aluminium superstructure she features a 9.5m beam and a 3.2m draft. The yacht has an internal volume of 613 GT (Gross Tonnes).

Exterior Design

Lady Ann Magee features a displacement hull configuration with a raked bow that is prominently accentuated by its red color. The hull is constructed from steel, while the superstructure is made from aluminum. The vessel's deck is finished with teak, providing a durable and classic look. The red hull is complemented by a white superstructure and boot top, and red striping on the sat domes.

The aft deck has been enclosed to create a cozy deck saloon, which provides a sheltered area for relaxation. The raised foredeck and knuckle in the bow sections allow for a greater internal volume and a fine entry at the waterline. The beam of 9.50 meters contributes to the spaciousness of the yacht, making it more comfortable for guests.

The stern of the yacht houses a large garage with an upwards-hinging door. This area is designed to store the yacht's Novurania Equator 600XL tender and two jet-skis, which can be launched using a beam crane. This garage setup ensures that the prime deck areas remain uncluttered and fully available for guest enjoyment.

The sun deck is equipped with sunbathing areas, a large spa pool, a bar, a barbecue, and a dining area. Awnings set over a solid stainless steel frame provide shade and are both practical and visually appealing. The bridge deck aft is designed for formal entertainment, featuring an expanding table and settees along the aft bulwark.

Lady Ann Magee combines a displacement steel hull and aluminum superstructure with a raked bow, teak decks, and eye-catching red.

Interior Design

High-quality materials are a cornerstone of the yacht's interior. Red pear paneling is prevalent throughout the spaces, complemented by Carrara marble in the hallways, bathrooms, and heads. This marble is distinguished by its gray and white tones, further accentuated by selective use of more exotic stone. The woodwork features a high-gloss varnish finish, while gold fittings are integrated into the doors.

The main saloon is designed for formal reception and relaxation. It features overstuffed settees and easy chairs, providing ample seating for guests. A central cabinet with sliding doors at the forward end can transform the space by closing off or opening up the adjoining dining saloon. This cabinet also houses a pop-up television, adding a practical touch. The aft deck lounge is another key area, offering a bright and relaxed atmosphere with its wooden floor and large windows. Here, seating is arranged in two areas, each fronted by circular tables, making it an ideal spot for breakfast or casual gatherings.

The bridge deck saloon serves as a versatile upper deck lounge. It is equipped with a full-service bar, multiple conversation areas, and a range of entertainment options, including an electric organ, large-screen television, and a games table. Wide doors can open up this space to the open deck, creating a popular gathering place for guests.

The helm area is fitted with advanced navigation and control systems. Equipment includes an Anschütz autopilot, Leica GPS receivers, twin Furuno radars, a chartplotter, weather-sat receiver, and Mannesman-Rexroth controls. The Antares monitoring system ensures that the yacht's operations are closely monitored and managed.

Accommodation

Lady Ann Magee offers comfortable and well-appointed accommodations for up to 12 guests. The yacht features a total of six cabins,  comprising an owner's cabin, three double cabins and two twin cabins.

The master suite is located forward on the main deck and spans the full beam of the yacht. Entered through a private study, the suite includes an expansive bedroom with a large double bed formed by joining two queen-sized beds. The suite also features a luxurious marble-lined bathroom with an inbuilt sauna and two spacious dressing rooms.

The lower deck houses four additional guest cabins. Two of these are double cabins, each with an en suite bathroom. The remaining two are twin cabins, each equipped with a third Pullman berth and an adjoining shower room, making them versatile for different guest configurations.

Additionally, a VIP guest cabin is located alongside the master suite. Despite its entrance from a crew corridor, the cabin offers a grand double bed and elegant furnishings, ensuring a delightful stay for its occupants.

Lady Ann Magee is also capable of carrying up to 11 crew onboard.
