Megan is an award winning 44.65m motor yacht delivered by Dutch shipyard Feadship in 2011. Her interior design and exterior styling comes from the drawing boards of Sinot Yacht Design, while De Voogt is responsible for her naval architecture.
Design & Construction
Designed around a full displacement steel hull and an aluminium superstructure she features a 9.2m beam and a 2.7m draft. The yacht has an internal volume of 499 GT (Gross Tonnes).
This was the fifth yacht built on the F45 Vantage design. The yacht was designed and constructed in compliance with the Lloyds Register technical standards. Launched in August 2011 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months.
Accommodation
Megan offers accommodation for up to 10 guests in 5 suites comprising an owners cabin, 1 VIP cabin, 1 double cabin and 2 twin cabins. She is also capable of carrying up to 9 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel MTU (12V 2000 M70) 12-cylinder 1,055hp engines, motor yacht Megan is capable of reaching a top speed of 15 knots, and comfortably cruises at 12 knots. She has been fitted with stabilizers to increase on-board comfort when the yacht is at anchor, particularly in rough waters.
Amenities
In addition, a swim platform is on hand for guests looking to cool off in the sea. Air conditioning offers increased on-board comfort. Megan also features deck jacuzzi which provides excellent views.
