Design & Construction
Designed around a displacement steel hull and an aluminium superstructure she features a 29'10" beam and a 9' draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 499 GT (Gross Tonnes).
The yacht was designed and constructed in compliance with the Lloyds Register technical standards. Launched in April 2015 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months.
Accommodation
Philosophy offers accommodation for up to 8 guests in 4 suites comprising an owners cabin located on the main deck and 1 VIP cabin. She is also capable of carrying up to 8 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel Caterpillar (C32B) 1,200hp engines running at 1800rpm, motor yacht Philosophy is capable of reaching a top speed of 15 knots, and comfortably cruises at 10 knots. With her 11,875 gallon fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 3,850 nautical miles at 10 knots. She has been fitted with stabilizers to increase on-board comfort when the yacht is at anchor, particularly in rough waters.
Amenities
The yacht features a well-equipped gym, allowing her guests to keep up their fitness regimes at sea. In addition, a swim platform provides easy access to the ocean. Air conditioning offers increased on-board comfort, while underwater lights create a dazzling light display when the sun goes down. Crowning the yacht is a spacious sundeck with an inviting spread of sunpads and deck jacuzzi which provides excellent views.
