Delivered in 2009, Ocean Emerald is a 41m motor yacht built by Rodriquez Yachts. Her interior design and exterior styling comes from the drawing boards of Foster & Partners, while Rodriquez Yachts is responsible for her naval architecture.
Design & Construction
Designed around a semi-displacement aluminium hull and superstructure she features a 8.4m beam and a 2.3m draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 346 GT (Gross Tonnes).
Accommodation
Ocean Emerald offers accommodation for up to 12 guests in 5 suites comprising an owners cabin, 2 double cabins and 2 twin cabins. She is also capable of carrying up to 7 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel Caterpillar (C-32) 1,400hp engines, motor yacht Ocean Emerald is capable of reaching a top speed of 17 knots, and comfortably cruises at 16 knots. With her 26,000 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 2,400 nautical miles at 12 knots. She has been fitted with stabilizers to increase on-board comfort when the yacht is at anchor, particularly in rough waters. Her semi-displacement hull design means she offers a great balance of space and speed.
Amenities
A gym with all the latest equipment allows her guests to keep their workout routines while at sea. Air conditioning offers increased on-board comfort. Ocean Emerald also features deck jacuzzi which provides excellent views.
