Design & Construction

Designed around a displacement steel hull and an aluminium superstructure she features a 16m beam and a 4.6m draft. The yacht is built over 4 decks with an internal volume of 4,444 GT (Gross Tonnes).

Construction started in late 2018 with the keel laid under the project name 'Oceanco Y720'. The yacht was designed and constructed in compliance with the Lloyds Register technical standards. Launched in March 2022 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months. She was delivered to her owners in July 2023.

Exterior Design

Seven Seas' profile is marked by a distinctive, refined aesthetic, characterized by planar surfaces and considerable vertical glazing. This design approach provides ample natural light and invites panoramic views of the ocean from the main, bridge, and upper decks.

The color palette is a study in contrasts, with glossy grey hull sides set against the stark black of the expansive windows and the crisp white of the superstructure's decks. The yacht's lines are clean and uncluttered, with a sharply raked bow and a superstructure that maintains proportional balance without sacrificing visual impact.

Outdoor spaces on Seven Seas are carefully considered. The upper decks offer limited exterior entertainment areas, focusing on privacy and exclusivity. In contrast, the main deck boasts a significant feature: a flush-fitted rectangular pool. This central element is complemented by a large fold-down transom, which transforms into a substantial beach club platform at water level. The beach club benefits from a transom skylight, ensuring the interior is bathed in natural light.

Seven Seas has a beam of 16 meters, which lends the vessel a streamlined profile contributing to the yacht's efficiency at sea.

Interior Design

The interior design of the Seven Seas emphasizes harmony with the natural world, integrating the outside environment with the yacht's internal spaces. Large glass windows on the main, bridge, and upper decks allow for panoramic views and abundant natural light, which enhances the sense of openness within the vessel.

The materials chosen for the interior reflect a commitment to understated elegance and durability. Surfaces are adorned with naturally sourced materials, including fine woods, stones, and textiles, lending a serene ambiance throughout the vessel. The use of these materials not only adds to the aesthetic value but also ensures longevity and sustainability.

Accommodation

Seven Seas offers accommodation for up to 14 guests in 7 suites comprising an owners cabin. She is also capable of carrying up to 35 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.

Performance & Capabilities

Powering Seven Seas are two robust MTU engines, which enable this yacht to reach a brisk top speed of 20 knots, a notable capability for a vessel of her substantial length of 109 meters.

Seven Seas' is in compliance with the LY3 standard, which speaks to a high level of operational safety and onboard systems management. Safety is further emphasized through the integration of an advanced marine evacuation system, highlighting the shipyard's commitment to exceeding the benchmarks for safety at sea.
