Axopar launches the all new Axopar 29 range

Since its establishment in 2014, Nordic boat builder Axopar has reshaped the boating landscape, pioneering a new genre — adventure boating. The introduction of the innovative Axopar 29 range at Boot Dusseldorf solidifies this trailblazing builder as one to watch.

Celebrating a significant milestone, Axopar Boats marks its 10th anniversary with the introduction of the all-new Axopar 29 range, a testament to a decade of relentless innovation and adventure in the marine industry. Since Axopar first made waves in 2014 with the launch of the Axopar 28, the brand has established itself as a pioneer in the realm of adventure boating, redefining the boating experience with functional, fuel-efficient, and competitively priced vessels.

The introduction of the new Axopar 29 Sun-Top for sale is a nod to the company's spirit of 'Sisu'—a Finnish concept of stoic determination, grit, bravery, resilience, and hardiness. This spirit has driven Axopar to consistently push the boundaries of design, efficiency, drivability, and functionality. The Axopar 29 incorporates the latest innovations, advancing the Axopar range beyond the Axopar 28. With over 2,700 delivered, the Axopar 28 is now stood down.

The new Axopar 29 Sun-Top, with a large sunroof, along with its siblings, the Cross Cabin and Spyder, represents the company's dedication to industrial artistry.

The Cross Cabin showcases a dynamically styled, fully enclosed wheelhouse with a distinct forward rake and a wraparound rear screen designed for enhanced visibility. Larger opening side doors, featuring no threshold to trip over, and increased headroom contribute to improved passenger comfort. The addition of roof bars and a small array of solar panels above the forward eyebrow further support its adventure boat credentials.

Buyers in the market for a new adventure boat will be intrigued by the range's advancements, which include:

More Space
The overall layout has undergone a redesign to maximize space for comfort and functionality. With the capacity to comfortably accommodate up to four persons overnight, the enhanced layout and padded lockers create a welcoming space for entertaining up to eight persons.

More Sociable
The foredeck has been reimagined to foster social interactions, featuring forward-facing seating and an L-shaped sofa that can be upgraded to a U-shaped sofa and sunbed. The helm bench connects with the bow seating to create seating for six. Optional aft deck modules provide the option of a U-shaped dinette capable of seating up to eight people.

More Economic
Groundbreaking hull design and building techniques have led to significant efficiency gains and weight savings, meaning the larger Axopar 29 maintains the agility and speed of its predecessors while offering improved fuel capacity for a greater range. A renewed emphasis on hydrodynamics is anticipated to enhance handling and performance, coupled with an upgraded power rating of up to 450hp for increased speeds.

Additionally, a more integrated molding process, with fewer bolt-on elements, maintains a similar weight to the previous model but with added strength, reduced noise, and vibration.

More Power
The introduction of Mercury Verado V10-powered engines ensures that the Axopar 29 has the power and performance to thrill even the most discerning boaters.

More Functional
Everyday usability and serviceability have been enhanced with innovative onboard solutions, catering to the needs of modern boaters and ensuring that every aspect of the vessel is accessible and practical.

More Options
Customization is key with the Axopar 29 range, as customers can choose from a variety of new options to personalize their vessel to their exact preferences.

More Adventurous
The first 100 Axopar 29s leaving the factory in 2024 will feature "The Adventure Collection," a selection of built-in options designed to enhance the adventure boating experience.

Axopar's success is not just about being a responsible leader; it's about inspiring others to explore a new genre of boating. We are the original, and we will stay committed to being the forerunner to innovate and continue paving the path for future boat designs and functionality." Jan-Erik Viitala, founding partner at Axopar Boats.
