Azimut Yachts have released their latest Carbon Tech generation yacht in the form of the all new flagship 78 Fly. Designed to cater for owners who want to enjoy indulgent Italian materials and the essence of nature, the new Azimut 78 superyacht features a sophisticated design that provides exceptional privacy for owners and their guests.

Measuring up at 23.6m long, with a 5.75m beam and top speed of 30 knots, the latest addition to the carbon tech range extensively uses the carbon fibre material alongside hybrid glass. For what has now become a benchmark of Azimut quality, the streamlined finish of the carbon tech range continues to prove popular and the 78 Fly is already attracting the attention it deserves.

A key feature of the new vessel is the Azimut debut of having a trio of Volvo IPS propulsion units in a Fly model. The result of having these systems onboard has been previously seen in the S range, with optimal efficiency, significantly less noise and more space on board.

The 78 Fly is an ultra innovative boat with a strategic positioning in the segment midway between Azimut 72 and Azimut Grande 25 METRI, providing an effective response to our customers’ growing expectations.

The exterior of an Azimut 78 superyacht

Long term design collaborators Alberto Mancini and Achille Salvagni have had considerable input in to the new flagship with the 78 Fly being the first Fly model Mancini has worked on.

Sleek, signature lines present an exciting exterior which make the 78 Fly stand out as an impressive vessel, but at the same time offers the same high quality finish expected from the Italian brand. Mancini's exterior work combines perfectly with the interiors by Salvagni, who has designed two different layouts. The first layout being presented being the Lounge set up. Transforming furniture sets to make innovative use of the space onboard, as well as generous spacing for guests to relax, but with optimal privacy.

Overnight accommodation continues to impress with four cabins available. A master cabin is accompanied by two VIPs and a fourth twin cabin, all of which feature their own en suite facilities.
