Cruisers Yachts is undertaking an ambitious expansion initiative, driven by a clear objective: to broaden the company's horizons while enhancing yacht manufacturing processes. The expansion focuses on key areas aimed at boosting production and facilitating larger vessel construction.
In the assembly area, a new 10,893 sq/ft production line with increased ceiling heights will handle the assembly of larger yachts. The upholstery section, spanning an expanded 4,300 sq/ft, ensures heightened production capabilities, emphasizing the luxury hallmark of every yacht. The metal/maintenance area, encompassing an impressive 15,120 sq/ft, enhances capacity, enabling both production expansion and maintenance to the highest standards.
The 25,749 sq/ft warehouse will be transformed by adding loading docks and increased storage capacity, streamlining operations and ensuring efficient inventory management. A dedicated 1,200 sq/ft chemical storage building enhances material safety, and the expanded outdoor cold storage optimizes material and part storage, contributing to improved production processes.

The company's expansion, however, is not just about square footage; it's about unlocking new possibilities. Cruisers Yachts will diversify its model lineup, both in volume and vessel size. The initiative introduces two production lines capable of handling yachts up to 23m (75ft) in any style, bringing the total production lines at the Pulaski plant to four, empowering the company to construct up to five distinct models.
