Debuting Azimut Grande 32 Metri sparkles at Cannes Yachting Festival 2018

A debut that impressed the crowds at the one of the most prestigious yachting events

Presented at the one of the most prestigious yachting events on the seasonal calendar, the Azimut Grande 32 Metri made its debut beside the glistening waters of the Bay of Cannes.

Joining the Italian fleet during the 41st edition of the esteemed show, the Grande 32 Metri displayed fine lines and impressed the crowds with a similar bow to the multi award winning Grande 35 Metri.

Powered by a pair of 2,200 HP MTV 2000 Series engines, the newest addition to the Azimut Grande range is a stunning vessel which isn't too disimilar from the larger 35 Metri. With the superstructure built entirely from carbon fiber the top speeds are at an impressive 27 knots, with cruising a t 21 knots. A double chine and wavepiercer help the vessel to achieve a smooth transit with reduced buoyancy, thanks to the collaborative design of Pierluigi Ausonio naval architects and the inhouse Azimut team.

A lateral tender garage is a highlight for the new model as it is the smallest yacht to have one. Capable of accommodating a 16 ft RIB and a PWC, the arrangement of the garage allows much more space for guests to enjoy the stern of the yacht.

A stylish beachclub, designed by Stefano Righini, has a fold down transom platform setting the scene for an afternoon on the waves, with direct access to the cockpit and an optional awning for shelter. Guests also have space on the foredeck to soak up the sun and relax.

A yacht interior is like a big piece of furniture, it's made of wood - you can sculpt and shape it.

Interiors boast the elegance and luxury you'd expect from the Italian brand. Designed by Achille Salvagni, the 'butter and chalk' look as described by the shipyard features pastel shades and muted tones throughout. Salvagni has created a crisp but chic environment which also includes most of Salvagni's own furniture designs onboard.

Full height windows allow plenty of light to highlight the main deck of the Grande 32 Metri with immaculate quality details accentuating it. The airy saloon and dining area provide plenty of space for guests to relax and have fun on the main deck, while the full beam master cabin acts as a welcome retreat for owners to have some quiet time.

Up to eight overnight guests can also stay onboard with four cabins on the lower deck, comprising of two twins and two doubles in a symmetrical layout.
