Oceanco's in-house design team has revealed the 80m (262ft) superyacht PEGASUS as part of the builder's Simply Custom Collection. This superyacht, designed with privacy in mind, showcases sweeping exterior lines and extensive outdoor spaces.
The Collection, starting from 80m (262ft) in length, features Oceanco's Simply Custom technical foundation, optimized for demanding operating profiles with all-electrical propulsion. PEGASUS, the latest addition to the series, boasts a unique design that combines strength with lightness, creating a timeless aesthetic.
The superyacht's notable features include an exclusive owner's deck with 140 square meters of private interior space and an equivalent deck area. The flexible deck arrangement includes a private crow's nest with oversized sun pads and a sofa, offering panoramic ocean views. Furthermore, the vessel's main deck is designed for relaxation, featuring a swimming pool, lounge space, sunpads, a bar, and an alfresco dining area.
The upper deck aft includes formal alfresco dining and connects to the 70 square-meter sky lounge. The lower deck hosts an extensive 75 square-meter beach club with a gym and a large swim platform for water access.
Oceanco's Design team, comprised of Patrick Casanova, Romain Le Pleux, Thibault Lecomte, and Gilles Vernhet, plays a crucial role in the creative process. The Simply Custom Collection aims to streamline customization for yacht owners, featuring efficient hull design by Lateral Naval Architects, variable speed generators for high fuel efficiency, dynamic positioning, virtual anchoring, and a cruising speed ranging between 14 and 15 knots.
