This Italian yard may well build models from its SX, SL or SD ranges to spec, that is to say, it might begin a build, to a high standard and popular layout, in the hope of finding a buyer during the build process.
This spec build process is fairly common with the larger (and more confident) semi-custom builders but will only usually apply to certain models at any given moment.
