Construction started in early 2013 with the keel laid under the project name 'Project Omar'. The yacht was designed and constructed in compliance with the Lloyds Register technical standards. Launched in November 2015 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months. She was delivered to her owners in May 2016.

Exterior Design

Dilbar's exterior design showcases a timeless elegance that effortlessly captures attention in every port. Renowned yacht designer Espen Oeino, a multi-award winner, crafted the vessel's sleek and sophisticated form. The design blends classic and modern elements, resulting in a uniquely striking presence on the water.

The hull, painted in a light ivory hue, creates a striking contrast against the ocean blues, with bronze accents adding a touch of luxury and sophistication. Despite its imposing 156-meter length, the design maintains an exceptional sense of balance and proportion, a remarkable feat for a yacht of such scale.

She truly represents another exceptional milestone in not only our history, but in yachting history as well.

Interior Design

According to sources, Dilbar's interior is a masterpiece of both artistry and engineering, featuring a breathtaking blend of exquisite materials and intricate design details that enhance its overall aesthetic. The light and airy design, highlighted by the use of high-end materials like rare woods, precious stones, and fine metals, creates an inviting atmosphere.

The living areas prioritize comfort and style, providing diverse spaces for entertainment and relaxation. The main saloon exudes elegance with bespoke furniture, fine art pieces, and a grand piano.

Dilbar's dining areas offer a unique experience, from the grand formal dining room with elegant table settings and a stunning chandelier to more casual alfresco dining on the deck, making every meal a special event.

The interior living space is 3,800 sq/m. Special attention to lighting enhances the yacht's warm and inviting atmosphere, integrating cleverly with the architecture to accentuate exquisite detailing, creating a sense of depth and space.

This yacht epitomizes a floating mansion, delivering an unparalleled level of comfort and elegance. With accommodation for up to 24 guests across 12 staterooms, including a luxurious master suite, Dilbar ensures a lavish stay. Each cabin showcases exquisite interior design, featuring lavish materials and intricate designs, highlighting meticulous craftsmanship.

Performance & Capabilities

Dilbar's propulsion system is a marvel of engineering. Powered by a diesel-electric power plant that generates an impressive 30,000 kW @ 200rpm, it is the largest installed on any yacht, ensuring high-speed performance and outstanding maneuverability. This power plant enables the yacht to achieve a continuous speed of 22.5 knots, allowing her to traverse the open seas with grace and speed. With her 1,049,700 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of over 6,000 nautical miles at an economic speed of 16 knots.

The yacht's power plant not only drives the propulsion system but also powers the onboard amenities, including the air conditioning, lighting, and entertainment systems.

The yacht's stabilizers ensure a smooth and comfortable voyage for all onboard. With such a vast size, maintaining stability is of the utmost importance. The stabilizers, working in conjunction with the hull design and the propulsion system, allow the Dilbar to navigate with ease, even in challenging sea conditions.

Dilbar stands as a technical marvel, boasting a staggering 1,100 kilometers of cabling throughout its interior – a length almost equivalent to the total land borders of Bhutan. This extensive network powers every amenity and facility on board, showcasing an impressive feat of engineering.
