The 142m motor yacht Scheherazade was delivered to her owners in 2020 by German shipyard Lurssen. The yacht's refined interiors have been crafted by Francois Zuretti, while her exteriors have been penned by Espen Oeino.

Design & Construction
Designed around a displacement steel hull and an aluminium superstructure she features a 23.28m beam and a 5.17m draft. The yacht has an internal volume of 10,167 GT (Gross Tonnes). The design also incorporates a heli-pad.
Construction started in late 2015 with the keel laid under the project name 'Project Lightning'. Launched in July 2019 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months. She was delivered to her owners in June 2020.
Exterior Design
Boasting not one, but two helicopter landing pads, Scheherazade ensures seamless arrivals and departures for her distinguished guests, emphasizing the pinnacle of convenience and status. The pads, with D values of 18 and 15, are located on the upper and foredecks, respectively, allowing for versatile use and an unmistakable air of grandeur.
The yacht's outdoor amenities are designed with the utmost attention to detail, featuring two lavish Jacuzzis and two outdoor firepits, which create an ambiance of warmth and sophistication. Interior Design
When a yacht is intended to be extremely private, the interior spaces tend to take precedence. Limited covered deck space at the aft end of the main and upper decks is well enclosed by glass sides for cooling, with even the sundeck fully shaded by a hardtop. The focus on the interiors highlights designer François Zuretti's hallmark style, combining timeless elegance with modern sophistication. Though few interior photographs are publicly available, they showcase Zuretti's styling at its best.
The main salon features a spacious socializing area with custom-built settees that encourages open conversation. Beneath a large illuminated ceiling feature, multiple guests can relax on soft grey sofas with a subtle white pattern, complemented by cabinetry following the curvature of the sofa's outer edge. Handwoven rugs atop decorative parquetry add an elegant touch, while antique lamps provide a soft glow, enhancing the convivial atmosphere. Every aspect is meticulously curated and designed to complement this yacht's stunning interior.
Accommodation
Designed to host up to 18 privileged guests, she offers nine exquisite suites, each crafted to provide an unparalleled experience of elegance and sophistication on the open seas.
The owner's suite, or master cabin, is the jewel in the crown of Scheherazade's accommodation offering. For guests, the additional eight suites are no less impressive. Each cabin is designed with a unique character, furnished to the highest standards, and equipped with state-of-the-art technology to ensure guests are cocooned in comfort and luxury.
Scheherazade's commitment to excellence extends to her crew accommodation, designed to house up to 40 crew members. Performance & Capabilities

The yacht features a tender garage with storage for a range of toys and accessories. Air conditioning offers increased on-board comfort, while underwater lights create a dazzling light display when the sun goes down and an elevator makes the yacht fully-accessible. Scheherazade also features deck jacuzzi which provides excellent views.
