Florentia is an award winning 52m motor yacht for sale delivered by Italian shipyard Rossinavi in 2020. The yacht's refined interiors have been crafted by A++, while her exteriors have been penned by Studio Vafiadis.

Design & Construction
Designed around a full displacement steel hull and an aluminium superstructure she features a 10.35m beam and a 2.7m draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 810 GT (Gross Tonnes).
The yacht was designed and constructed in compliance with the Lloyds Register technical standards. Launched in June 2020 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months. She was delivered to her owners in July 2020.
Exterior Design
Florentia's exterior design is characterized by its elegant and sinuous lines. The yacht features a full-displacement hull configuration made of steel and a superstructure composed of aluminium. The hull and superstructure are both painted white, complemented by a red boot top color. The bow is raked, contributing to the vessel's streamlined appearance.
The main deck, upper deck, fly deck, and lower deck are all accessible via a central staircase, which serves as the focal point for distribution throughout the vessel. Each deck has designated areas that cater to various activities, from entertainment to relaxation.
The main deck welcomes guests on board and provides access to the salon and dining room. The fly deck includes a VIP stateroom with a private balcony and access to an outdoor jacuzzi.
Interior Design
Florentia's interior design is the result of a collaboration between Carlo Colombo and his design studio A++. The interior spaces are characterized by soft lines and neutral colors, complemented by high-quality materials.
The main deck lobby features a sculptural spiral-shaped railing, leading to the other decks. This area is highlighted by warm colors, gold accents, leather finishes, and light wood. The staircase in this lobby is a central element that organizes the internal layout of the yacht.
The main salon and dining room on the main deck are designed as spacious areas, divided by a structural bespoke cabinet. The living area at the aft end of the main salon includes structural sofas that extend towards the center of the boat, creating a central gathering space. The dining table is situated forward, offering a dedicated area for meals.
The upper deck houses a multifunctional salon, which can be adapted for various uses, including a cinema & a projector that can be concealed in the ceiling. The salon includes a double-sided sofa upholstered in natural fabric, facing a bar area. The fly deck lobby provides access to different parts of the yacht, including the VIP suite.
Accommodation
Florentia can host up to 12 guests in well-appointed cabins, ensuring a pleasant stay on board.
The owner’s suite is located forward on the main deck and includes a private balcony and two walk-in wardrobes. The cabin features a unique round artwork above the bed that mirrors the sunlight, a curvaceous leather-upholstered headboard, and a detailed floor leading to the en suite bathroom.
The upper deck houses a VIP stateroom with exclusive access to an outdoor jacuzzi and a private balcony. This suite comprises a lounge area, a master bedroom, and a private bathroom, providing a secluded and luxurious experience for VIP guests.
On the lower deck, there are two symmetrical king bedrooms and two double bedrooms. This deck also accommodates the crew, featuring five twin rooms, a galley, a crew mess, and a laundry area. Florentia can support a crew of 11 members.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel Caterpillar (3512E DITA) 2,549hp engines running at 1800rpm, motor yacht Florentia is capable of reaching a top speed of 17 knots, and comfortably cruises at 13 knots. With her 100,000 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 3,500 nautical miles at 12 knots. She has been fitted with stabilizers to increase on-board comfort when the yacht is at anchor, particularly in rough waters.
Amenities
In addition, full cinema facilities ensure five-star entertainment. Air conditioning offers increased on-board comfort. The sundeck is the social hub of the yacht, with a deck jacuzzi for cooling off and an inviting spread of sunpads.
